Had to change room. In the type of room that I've booked, there was a permanent ventilation blowing some cold air and there's no control panel to turn it off. I've had to pay for an upgrade and change to a superior room with air con and control panel to set a correct temperature.

Good breakfast. Clean quiet room. The lounge area downstairs is nice and roomy. We can sit at the table and bring our own food from outside or buy some from the hotel's deli corner (although not the best food I've had). We can make tea or coffee or having a glass of water nicely flavoured with mint and lemon for free. And there's even a fridge to store our food in it. We can ask at the reception to have a label with our name on it so other people won't steal our food. The car park is just next to the hotel. Close from concert venue next door and from town centre.

Chose the hotel because it was near Central Station and drop off for car. We were very happy with the choice and enjoyed our brief stay.

Rooms are small and the wi-fi is mediocre to poor depending on where you are. Often unable to connect from the 4th floor so had to rely on my phone’s connection for work.

Located next to the central station, minuted away from the city center. Lobby is great and spacious for meetings, breakfast was nice as well.

Our particular room was on the small side, and the bed was made up for one guests instead of two, so the first night was uncomfortable as we only had a duvet for one person and not enough pillows. It was late at night when we realised and we were too tired to rectify this on the night. This was fixed the following day. If staying in a couple for over one night, I'd recommend paying extra to upgrade your room. We were staying in Malmo for 4 nights and onto Copenhagen for 3 days and the big suitcases in the small rooms was a bit annoying. I got a smaller room as this was what was available for Eurovision week.

The staff were super friendly. The reception/lounge area was lively and a good way to chat to people. There was snacks and ready meals available to buy at the reception if needed. There was a great selection of food to try for breakfast, a lot of healthy options and some treats too. I was very impressed by the selection at breakfast. The location was also in a lovely area. A two minute walk from Central station. We took a boat ride near here, which was great. The hotel is approx a ten minute walk to the medieval Little Square. You can rent bikes from reception.

Enjoyed the variety of breakfast to choose from. Spacious breakfast area. Room was compact but very comfortable. Great bathroom. Location was ideal, close to the central station.

In case you get a room with a window facing the barception area, be ready for some noise in the evening.

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance to Malmö Central Station. The room was adequately equipped and the staff was friendly.

The room itself, somehow the decor or organization. it could be better but for one night was okay.

The employees were kind and helpful. The self-service station with food you can get in the reception is a great idea when you get to the hotel late at night and hungry.

Heating system and lights weren't working, so it was upsetting. I asked for a quiet room, however my room window of facing the reception hall and there was an event happening until late night.

The location is brilliant, the breakfast is good, but the room was disapointing. There were 2 lights out of order and I couldn't turn on the heating.

The rooms were shockingly small, with no cabinets or shelves for clothes. The room wasn't cleaned entirely, I (accidantaly) found a pistachio under the bed. I also saw something yellow in the corner which I didn't even dare to check out what it was. The maid, who didn't understand English rushed in (knocking AND IMMEDIATELY opening the door for herself) although we had the SHH sign out and when I sent her away, she still came back once again.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was good.

Not completely clean (dust on furnitures), long check in process (even online), many rooms do not have a window on the outside but only on the inside of the bulding with noise from the activities in the lobbyp
