We requested a room for 3 adults and we received a room for 2 adults and a baby. Thankfully there was a pull out couch, however, when we requested sheets for the pull out bed we were told that they didn't have any available, and could only offer us uncovered duvets.

This hotel is close to the Kista metro stop and Helenelund station, it was very simple to get in and out of central Stockholm. The breakfast was hot and tasty, there were lots of options available.

I needed to pay for early check in. Breakfast area was very crowded.

Good hotel in Kista, a 15 minutes tube ride +10 minutes walk from the city centre away, the neighbourhood felt safe also in the evening, however it's a little bit weird that you have to walk through a shopping centre in the evening where all shops are closed and there were no other prople than me.

You can’t order food at the restaurant in the afternoon/evening (at least at the time we were there we couldn’t). Surprisingly for a 4-star hotel, it lacks a sauna. On a crowded day it’s difficult to find a table during breakfast, as there is probably not enough staff to clean the tables efficiently.

Certainly, the lightings in the room can be improved. The toilet is well lit but the main room area esp. the entrance area is a bit dark.

The breakfast was excellent- there were a variety of choices. The quality of the coffee and the smoothies were excellent.

We needed a bigger variety of options for breakfast It was kind of weak. More sweet foods needed.

Eveything was satisfying. The stuff was really friendly especially the kind girl ( Melina ) who helped us and gave us instructions on how to spend midsommer the first fay of our stay in Stockholm.

Although it was advertised on the listing and on posters around the hotel, the kitchen wasn't open in the evening, which was a bit disappointing when we arrived tired and hungry. We were able to get food locally in the shopping centre, or in Stockholm while out and about during our stay, but it would have been nice to have the option to eat at the hotel for convenience. There are also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which we knew about but it would be nice to have these when you fancy a drink late at night or before breakfast and don't want to have to go down to reception.

It was a really good location for getting into Stockholm, with quick and easy to access rail links nearby. The breakfast has a good selection, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert at the Strawberry Arena, and the commuter train to get there and back was a relatively easy walk (about 15 mins - mostly flat). It was also easy to use this for the airport too. The metro line is really close, and has lots of regular trains into the city. The location is very quiet, as it seems to be more of a business district than a tourist spot, which means there's not much noise at night or early in the morning.

The parking garage was full, not possible to reserve place since it is a separate company. In the weekend there are parking places on the street without payment.

The room was spacious, hotel is quite new. The breakfast was very good and healthy. There was even a PlayStation for quests. The location is near metro station and perfect for leaving car there and exploring Stockholm city centre

The beds are too "soft" for me, but that is a matter of taste. The rooms could also be cleaned better. I was a little bit surprised by the receptionist, who carefully examined every page of my passport. Hotel workers are not border guards and should not do this!

Modern hotel with good transport connections to Stockholm city center (25-30 minutes by metro) and Arlanda Airport (30 minutes by direct bus). A large trade center with shops and cafes is nearby, so it's no problem to buy food or anything else you might need. Big cozy rooms, well-equipped in typical Scandinavian style. A very good breakfast with a nice choice of food and drinks included in the price.

Scrambled egga in breakfast had strange, unnatural taste. Single beds were comfortable, but double bed was uneven. (We were a group and had different rooms) Lighting was cosy but I found it a bit too dark in the day.
