The beds are too "soft" for me, but that is a matter of taste. The rooms could also be cleaned better. I was a little bit surprised by the receptionist, who carefully examined every page of my passport. Hotel workers are not border guards and should not do this!

Modern hotel with good transport connections to Stockholm city center (25-30 minutes by metro) and Arlanda Airport (30 minutes by direct bus). A large trade center with shops and cafes is nearby, so it's no problem to buy food or anything else you might need. Big cozy rooms, well-equipped in typical Scandinavian style. A very good breakfast with a nice choice of food and drinks included in the price.

Scrambled egga in breakfast had strange, unnatural taste. Single beds were comfortable, but double bed was uneven. (We were a group and had different rooms) Lighting was cosy but I found it a bit too dark in the day.

Amazing breakfast with a variety to choose from. Very clean and very friendly staff always there to help with anything we wanted. As a British family that enjoys our cups of teas, hot water , milk, English breakfast tea bags were always available any time of the day for the quick cuppa. The bar doesn’t close till late so we were able to get that glass of wine or that beer to wind down the evening after a busy walk about in the city. The hotel is within close proximity to the local town centre Kista which made it easy to pop out for a dinner meal at the local restaurants. It was only a few stops on the metro to Stockholm city centre which was so great. Our room was fabulous, comfortable beds, very spacious and with a great shower. I so highly recommend the hotel to anyone or family looking to having a fantastic holiday in Sweden.

Would be nice if there were a little bit more lights in the room, in the evening it seemed too dark when you turned on every possible light. You should take a look at the soap dispenser, seems like it should be hanging on the wall instead in order to operate properly. The gym would require a bit more equipment, an additional bench could be more than enough. But these are just minor things, everything else was fabulous.

A nice hotel in a perfect location, it is basically a few minutes from the nearest underground station. The check in and check out was really smooth. We were provided a nice and large room, the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was perfect, choice was quite wide.

Heating comes from the bathroom so if you like to have doors closed for sleep, the room will be cold. Also very bad positioning for lighting in the room, very dark and difficult to do make up.

The room was too cold because of the ventilation! It wasn't needed! It should up to the guests to request for it even in summer. The lights were very difficult to switch on and off, which was very annoying!

Car parking, i paid with the app with the instructions placed my care where it should and still got a ticket. Now i have to deal with this and als the car company which is charing me money to deal with it.
