Well, everything's fine except the room is a bit small. I have one double room and one single room. I think if 2 of us staying at the double room, it will be too small.

The location is great, right next to the Central Station. Easy to reach anywhere. The staff are helpful and nice.

Unfortunately we booked an economy room. It was very economical. Access to the bed was from one side only. The bathroom was compact. Little room for storage of bags. I recommend booking a standard room as a first option.

Excellent hotel to use as a base when touring Stockholm. Rooms were neat, cleam and tidy and the hotel had everything to assist you in enjoying your stay. The hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance to the central railway station.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was size-wise great. The bed was comfortable. The location is great. Just above the platform for the Arlanda Express and T-Centralen. I liked it that they only change the towels every four days. Also you find a paper bag for clothes you don’t want to take back home. Before you throw them away you could put them in the paper bag.

My room was not clean on arrival, bits under the bed, marks all over the walls that looked like tomato ketchup.

The room had very weak air con which wasn’t ideal as it was quite warm during our stay. This meant that sleeping was difficult due to being too warm and we didn’t want to leave the window open overnight. The window was quite large and had no restriction of how far it could open - this could be really dangerous as the bed was against the window ledge and it would be easy for someone (especially children) to fall out of the window. The rooms are only cleaned every 4 days, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but did mean that our towels were just damp the entire stay after the first shower and they didn’t dry on the towel rack.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk from the City station, so transport from Arlanda airport was easy. The self-service check in and check out was a great addition too.

Very central and the train to airport is literally on your door step as well as the metro to get around. Rooms are TINY, but we knew that when booking it. Bathrooms nice and modern, staff friendly and nice area in lobby to chill and get food/drinks.

We chose the room that has no window. The problem was not that, but that the air temperature in the room was not very efficient and the room felt very warm. The bed was small for two people, and more specifically short for us.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and the city centre. We moved by foot everywhere. The personell was also the best: polite, nice and very helpful.

The design of the room meant that only one side of the bed was accessible - for a two-person stay it's worth being aware that this can mean one person gets a bit squashed up against the wall. Other than that everything was great!

We stayed for one night in between our flight to Stockholm and our bus onwards the next day. The location was super convenient, right by the bus & train station. We had a drink in the bar which was very chill, and the self check-in process was easy to follow. Our room was small but comfortable. We bought a couple of sandwiches from the hotel for breakfast in the morning and they were delicious.
