It was very cold weather during my stay (think the highest temp was around 2 degrees), and the heater in the room did not heat up very much.

Amazing location - only a few minutes from the main train station with direct access to Arlanda express. Friendly staff with a small bar area where you can buy sandwiches and other snacks which is very convenient. I chose to walk to the main area of museums (Abba museum, Vasa museum etc), which took around 45 minutes and was a fairly easy walk. I liked that they had luggage storage available so if you arrive/depart outside of check in/out times you don't need to worry about your case(s).

Just a small thing. Maybe they need to better communicate that some of the rooms don’t have windows. But for us it was fine. We get a normal sleep routine because of 20 hours sun 😂👍

The staff is very friendly. In Stockholm you get used to self check in so it’s fine. But you can also check in at the reception. 5 Steps and your at the Arlanda airport Express gate 👍 Near to city center ( 15 minutes walk to Old town).

Rooms where small and very warm even with the temperature turned right down.

Good location, reasonable facilities, quite quiet, I was able to check in later at night and facilities where available early in the morning. I would use them again if I need to stop over or stay in Stockholm again.

The hotel is former office space, so the layout of the rooms is kept quite small and ventilation is only through some small side windows. A small desk was provided, but no chair, so I had to sit on the bed in an awkward position to use a laptop.

The hotel is located above a central transit hub, right above the main bus terminal and about a 10 minute walk from central station and the metro. You can walk to most of the tourist sights in Stockholm within about 20-30 minutes. The streets surrounding the hotel are not too busy - there is some car and foot traffic, but nothing too disruptive. The room and bathroom was kept clean and the amenities provided were good.

The room doesnt have floor towel to dry up my feet when i stepped out of the shower. 949 kr for standard room without breakfast was a bit expensive for an express hotel, I hope they can offer a better price here in booking .com like a mobile price

The reception staff- JASMINE &ALMINA!! both of them were great. Big thanks to Jasmine for upgrading my room. The room was okay @least with window and clean. Housekeeper was also respectful. The best part is very near to the central station.

the room is very very small, a double bed basically takes 90% of the space. it's tiny for just one person, I really can't imagine how two people cram in it (considering it's a double room that designs for two people) if you're not traveling by yourself, make sure to book the biggest room in this hotel

Comfort is limited, but rooms are cleverly designed with no wasted space and with the confined space most of what's needed - alas no mini fridge. Stayed here several times now, as the location is superb and pricing reasonable - for Stockholm at least

I like the location of the hotel. It was close to the central train station. There was a big room with wide windows. Also, the bathroom is big. The room was clean. There was a luggage room for free.

The room was smaller than I expected, there was barely any room for my suitcase and not really any room to move around. And one small thing - the window didn’t seem to be isolated very well because you could hear street noises very loudly, made it difficult to fall asleep.

Location is amazing, it’s very central and it’s easy to get anywhere. Staff very friendly and it’s neat and tidy.

Minor point but could have done with a couple of drawers to store personal items, clothes/chargers etc.

The self check-in was very useful. Comfortable seated area near the Barception. Close to the main railway station and if you are using the Arlanda Express, the access stairway beside the hotel main door leads directly downstairs to the platform. Only 25 mins from hotel to airport. Lots of nice cafes/bars/restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel
