Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomUsing the check-in tablets can take a while, especially if you book through this site as you need to fill out a lot of extra information so if there's no queue it's probably worth checking in with an employee.
Location was less than 5 minutes from the departure lounge or about 20mins from Stockholm central via train. The breakfast started very early for those morning flights. The rooms were spacious and was quiet especially considering the airport location. Check-in could be done either in person or on tablets in the lobby.

United StatesI needed an extra pillow, but the line was so long as many people were checking in. There was no phone or other way for me to contact staff for this so I just gave up. I also thought parking structure was very very small. Luckily we found a spot, but if we couldn’t we would have to go off location to park which I thought was odd. Also, the blind for our window was broken so we couldn’t raise it up at all.
Very close to the airport and CLEAN. Seemed like a fairly new hotel. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Felt very comfortable here.

United KingdomThe tv reception in the room was poor. Plus there were scuff marks on the paintwork on the wall. The vegan options were a bit limited, still enough to eat but would have been nice to have a hot breakfast option also
Breakfast was excellent. It was nice to have vegan margarine, milk and cheese available. Good selection of drinks. Bathroom was a very good standard and the window seat v good. The soundproofing was outstanding, as was the view.

IsraelTraveling two adults and a toddler, landed in Stockholm after midnight. It was cold and dark. We had trouble finding the hotel. We arrived the hotel exhausted and had little time to sleep. We had booked two double beds. The room was extremely very small (tiny)! And we did not even have our suitcases with us, as they were waiting at the airport for our connecting flight. We barely had space to move around the room. At breakfast my child did not eat since we woke up very early for the flight and did not have much of an appetite, but he was hungry about an hour afterwards. Suggestions: 1. Adding better directions to the hotel. 2. The space of the room should be so that the visitor is able to move around the room. Two double beds are not a good fit for such a room. It is suited for only a one double bed. 3. For kids- enable taking a sandwich from breakfast. My toddler refused to eat then and wanted food only about an hour later.
Staff was friendly and nice. The room and bathroom were clean. Tea and hot water were available during the night. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Good shower and hot water.
