We stayed with a child and two twin beds were joined with each other instead of one double bed. In such a case I would expect at least beds do not separate when you lay in the middle 🤔 Some hotels have a special mattress between two beds. It was inconvenient.

The room was a little cold. It would be better if the guest could have more control on the room temparature. You can only go 3 degrees up and down. Also when we entered the room the floor wasn't vacuumed well and the coffe table had lots of foodprints on it. If these issues were ok i woud give 10 out of 10.

Wonderful hotel. An architectural bliss. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Silent room. Comfortable beds. We definitely want to come back again.

The breakfast hours were quite early (6:30 - 9:30) and shorter than I am used to. Despite having two restaurants, neither open up for lunch. I was also deeply disappointed that the hostess of the Italian restaurant was unwilling to accommodate me as a solo diner (at the bar) after a long work day. Although there was plenty of space at the bar I was not allowed to dine there and could only order pizza as takeout. Yoga class was canceled because the instructor was sick. It would have been nice if another instructor could fill in.

I loved the close proximity to the train station and the city center. I also loved the variety of food during breakfast and that yoga classes are offered. My view from the 22nd floor was pretty amazing, especially at night.

Limited options for dinner in the hotel, the Italian Brasserie offers delicious food (I highly recommend it) but is often fully booked.

Very comfortable hotel, close to the city centre. The room is really comfortable, quiet, will all the equipment needed. I appreciated the quality of the products provided in the bathroom.

- The room wasn't perfectly clean, e.g. there was dust under the bed, and the bed sheets had some (probably permanent) stains - Room facilities were overall good, but could have an upgraded TV, and something to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet after taking a shower

- Location is great, close to the city center and central train station - The view from our room on the 14th floor was amazing - Polite and friendly staff - Good breakfast - Nice amenities in the room

Breakfast was good and had wide range of choices. But, other food options in the hotel were lacking. No decent menu in the lobby bar. No room service since COVID - not back yet. With conference center attached, just seemed like inside food options weren't there. Mexican restaurant didn't have very good menu and food was awful when we went search for late night snack.

Great location right near old town and most important things. Be sure to take a trip to the Malmo Library. Close to water as well for easy boat rental. Good nearby restaurants as well. Walkable to centrum train station.

The bar on the ground floor, not very welcoming.

Beautiful architecture, very clean and cozy rooms. No carpeting but nice wooden floors. Also the lighting was excellent! Nice view over the city from the 10th floor. Breakfast was great!

Exceptionally welcoming receptionist, very nice and funcional room with wooden floor. Great choices at breakfast and beautiful light and large breakfast room. Sky bar open until midnight is a nice extra. Walking distance from station.

We were a bit disappointed that Sky Bar was closed, and we hadn't received any information or could find any before we checked in. The reason we didn't score high on comfort is due to the extra bed. It was really really bad, so we tried to sleep all three in one 2-persons bed. When we searched for a stay for three adults, we assumed this was provided properly, otherwise, we would have booked 2x rooms. But otherwise, it's a fantastic hotel - nice people, lovely breakfast, beautiful view, etc

Loved the view from our room which was spacious, warm and comfortable. Very good breakfasts catering for all different tastes. We were looking forward to the dining experience in the restaurant on the top floor and were disappointed that it was closed for renovations. Close proximity to the train station which meant we had a 12 minute walk to and from the hotel. Very central for shopping and restaurants as well.

Parking garage was not owned by hotel, it was a public parking garage. I specifically search for hotels with a parking garage so if they just redirect you to a public garage with no specific security arrangement Im always unpleasantly surprised

One of the rooms wasn’t properly cleaned, especially the bathroom, there were a few dirt stains on the floor and the table around the sink.

I booked for superior room. They put us in restricted view room which is cheaper than our booking, which one side of the room view blocked by the building. we complained than they change our room.

Crowded when we ate breakfast (weekend).

The room was clean and fresh. Perfect location, we travelled with train to Malmö and only needed to walk 300-400 m to the hotel and everything we had planed in Malmö was in walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic, tasted really good and with allot of choices.
