Upon arrival they told us the hotel had no parking which is contradictory to their own homepage and information on booking.com. Uppsala's central garage is just around the corner though. The evening food was chicken with the chicken being on top of the potatoes, so not so great for vegetarians. Sure, there was a sign that said that you could tell them about different dietary requirements and then they would "try" to mix something up for you. Just seems unnecessary in todays time to have to ask for vegetarian food. The same way there was no lactose free butter, milk or yoghurt available at breakfast, seems inconsiderate to me. The personnel were nice but didn't give any information except for room number if not specifically asked. Don't misunderstand me, it was a really nice hotel, probably better than many, but for the price I would have expected more.

Great location in central Uppsala and easy to find. Tasty food both in the evening and morning. The breakfast buffet was good not amazing but really nice with sweet little details like homegrown cress. It was blissfully quiet in the room.

I paid for parking but when I returned after a while the parking spots were all full. There was a car in the car park that had no permit and obviously hadn’t paid but were allowed to stay there and I had to make alternative arrangements.

Air conditioning would be good. Also the first room we stayed in could be updated, there were no bed side tables or other amenities.

Nice and cosy lobby and restaurant area. In addition to breakfast, fika (Swedish coffee and sweets) and dinner were included which was very good value for money. Food was good and we got nice service including changing our room due to some noise from deliveries in the courtyard early mornings. Nice also to have the sauna and wellness included even if we didn’t use it this time.

Amazing breakfast options and good breakfast hours. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the products (Rituals) smelt amazing in the bathroom! Location is super centralized, it was easy to move around.

Only issue was the room temperature. It was hot and we had to open the window which caused noise . All good apart from that

The inclusive breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal. I was pleased by how good these were. Staff were really helpful. I will stay here again next time I need to be in Uppsala.
