The inclusive breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal. I was pleased by how good these were. Staff were really helpful. I will stay here again next time I need to be in Uppsala.

The room was very hot. There was a strange and ongoing loud buzzing in the bathroom in the evenings which bothered me very much.

They cleaned the room everyday and i liked that very much but they did not clean the toilet

The best thing was the employees They were very good with us and this was the best thing in this hotel they treat us as their family We always stay in this hotel because they are too friendly I do not remember their names An arabic person i think, he was a man he helped me very much with everything he was on the reception There was also another arabic wonan she was very kind with my son and with us i do not remember their names but those people made our stay worthy The kitchen chef called Sumaya cooked a very delicious food and she even fixed me vegetarisk food when i asked for it All the employees their were kind I have never seen such kind and good people I highly recommend this hotel

Was nice to have a bathtub but it was pretty much child size, not great for anyone above perhaps 160cm! But for the overall cost of the room and what was included it was good value for money.

Loved the fika in the lobby plus dinner and breakfast buffets that were included in the price of the room. Exceptional food and choice of dishes! Friendly, helpful staff. The room was also very nice, nothing too fancy but the bed was great with clean soft linen and a good mattress. Towels were very fluffy and clean, bathroom also very clean. Upon arrival upgraded to a room with a bathtub, mini fridge, safe box and late check-out (2pm). The extra cost felt reasonable for what we got. The hotel is overall fresh, modern and quiet, definitely recommend. The food was the highlight!

As a vegetarian it was impossible to get something for dinner that's not a side-dish. And the restaurant does not have enough space to cater to all people who would like to eat.

I had a short lovely stay at the hotel. The location is great and super close to the train station. Booked a single room, it was really comfy and, even though small, big enough for one person. There's enough of storage space, basic amenities (soap, shampoo...). My booking came with breakfast and dinner - the quality of the food was really good, especially the breakfast. Also, free for everyone, was classic Swedish fika.

The lid on the toilet closet kept falling/closing which was annoying. It’s was just a small thing. But mentioning it.

I remember the windows were hard to open and you could see that the room is getting quite old and used, maybe a renovation would help in the future.

Spent there one night on our way from the north back to Stockholm. Everything worked well, the food was good, room was clean, staff was nice :)

Excellent food, they had great staff and chef preparing what we requested. Afternoon tea/coffee was a nice bonus and both dinner and breakfast buffets offered good, well thought out food. Way above the expectations!

Location is excellent, very close to both the city center and the train station, but still quiet. Breakfast is excellent, dinner is outstanding, very highly recommended. Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and comfy, but not too fancy.
