The rooms are extremely small, the cleaning service will only take off your rubbish if you ask. If not, it will live with you through out the days. No tooth brush or other kits you will find in room. So please bring with you. Air conditioners are not built in so you will have to sleep with open windows or use fan which is really noisy. I truly do not understand the quantity of 4 stars for this hotel! The amount is too big for such facilities

Location is good, metro&bus stations are in walking distance. The dinner is included which allowed us to avoid the question where to eat in the evening.

We stayed in a room with three beds and the third bed was like a camp bed. The photos on the homepage are a little bit misleading because we thought it was a regular bed like the other two beds. Also keep in mind that they don’t have an AC in the room.

The location is very good, near the subway and in a very nice neighborhood. Also the food, breakfast and dinner, was very good.

The breakfast or dinner contained more nonveg options, and it was an issue for vegetarians. The cleaning of rooms and changing of towels was an issue. Also, the steam room was not repaired for 2 days

As mentioned breakfast was okay, but lacking in options for me in specific as a lactose intolerant vegetarian. That's not to say there weren't any, they're definitely well stocked in dairy free milks/yogurts and such, but all pastries and scrambled eggs have butter and milk so my options were very limited. Another thing that stuck with me was the fact that dinner was included with every room, but when I asked if I could have some food saved for me when I checked in, as my flight was delayed and I wouldn't be arriving before the restaurant closed, I was told I'd have to pay 90kr for the meal, which doesn't make sense to me when all meals are already included in the price. Lastly, when I got into bed there were hairs on the sheets. I'm sure if I'd complained about it it would have been taken care of, but it was so late and I was so tired I just removed them and went to sleep.

The room was larger than expected and comfortable. The windows were huge but really well isolated so when closed I couldn't hear anything going on outside. The staff was also very nice, and even allowed me to check out a little bit later to help me rest a bit before traveling back home. Breakfast was okay, not much difference from any other hotel I've stayed at in Scandinavia.

While food was ok, it was not as good as other Clarions we stayed at. The coffee machine in the common area was foul. The milk was bad. They didn’t service the machine. Parking is close by and not part of the hotel. You can park for 23 a day using the EasyPark app. The front desk tried to charge me 30 a day. Just use the app and do it yourself.

The location was great. It is a 15-20 minute walk to downtown at the water. There is an amazing park very close by to the hotel. There is also a mall and lots of restaurants close by. The rooms were bigger than I expected and all came with a fan, no AC. The gym in the hotel was decent too. We also like that dinner is included as well. Standard with the Clarion hotels.

Whilst there are very good transport options closeby, it is a good 30 minute walk to the museum island or the old town. There are not many restaurants or bars in the immediate area, it's very residential and quiet, which is lovely also.

It's a very cosy hotel with a lovely bar and free access to the sauna/steam room which was so relaxing after a long day of walking. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of options. The dinner and fika is included too which was a nice surprise. The dinner is quite light but ideal if your tired (there is also a vegetarian option each evening). The hotel is close to transport options and there is a supermarket two mins walk away.

A bit old but still in good shape. Food is not great and dining room not so cozy, but a plus nevertheless because it’s included in the price. Making it a exceptional price quality overall.

Dog friendly (allowed in part of dining room). Spacious room, really nice. Soft large bed. Quite. Perfect place for large families i think.

The evening meal was a bit light on protein one night for vegetarians but the breakfast and second meal were much better!

We enjoyed the comfort and location of the hotel- it was a comfortable walk to the main sights. Yet you didn't have to walk into town for a nice bar or restaurant! The staff were charming and a taxi was booked efficiently for us.

Welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff at reception who provided guidance regarding the city's transport systems - the nearest metro station is within 500 metres. We arrived in time to take advantage of afternoon "fika" - an added bonus. An evening meal - buffet format - was included within the room tariff and this was certainly more filling than the "light" description on the hotel's website. There was a large and varied selection of items at the continental breakfast which was equally as good and tasty as the evening meal. Our room was a good size with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom; good water pressure and range of temperature from the shower. The curtains provided good black-out, and we were able to open the window for added ventilation - not sure whether any other method, e.g. air con, was available to regulate the temperature. Although there wasn't any suitable secure storage area for a bike, the staff were happy for us to store ours in the room as there was plenty of space; (but not height capacity for the bike to remain on the car's roof in the underground carpark). Parking was available in a nearby underground carpark, although there was a charge for this. There seemed to be substantial tolerance regarding early check-ins and late check-outs, with the staff happy to permit us to leave our luggage in the locked storage room until the early evening following our visit to various sites in Stockholm.
