The evening meal was a bit light on protein one night for vegetarians but the breakfast and second meal were much better!

We enjoyed the comfort and location of the hotel- it was a comfortable walk to the main sights. Yet you didn't have to walk into town for a nice bar or restaurant! The staff were charming and a taxi was booked efficiently for us.

Welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff at reception who provided guidance regarding the city's transport systems - the nearest metro station is within 500 metres. We arrived in time to take advantage of afternoon "fika" - an added bonus. An evening meal - buffet format - was included within the room tariff and this was certainly more filling than the "light" description on the hotel's website. There was a large and varied selection of items at the continental breakfast which was equally as good and tasty as the evening meal. Our room was a good size with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom; good water pressure and range of temperature from the shower. The curtains provided good black-out, and we were able to open the window for added ventilation - not sure whether any other method, e.g. air con, was available to regulate the temperature. Although there wasn't any suitable secure storage area for a bike, the staff were happy for us to store ours in the room as there was plenty of space; (but not height capacity for the bike to remain on the car's roof in the underground carpark). Parking was available in a nearby underground carpark, although there was a charge for this. There seemed to be substantial tolerance regarding early check-ins and late check-outs, with the staff happy to permit us to leave our luggage in the locked storage room until the early evening following our visit to various sites in Stockholm.

We paid for a superior room to ensure that we would get twin beds as this was one of two main requirements for us, the second being a more spacious room. We ended up in room 243 which is on the small side and had a double bed. I raised this issue with the reception staff but their various attempts to fix it without moving us to a different room were unsuccessful. This meant sleeping poorly for four nights out of the five we stayed in the hotel. Finding out the day before leaving that we were randomly assigned one of 7 rooms that did not meet the specified requirements was irritating. Having to keep asking for something that I had made very clear in my reservation and paid for on arrival was frustrating.

The hotel is in a quiet area, yet centrally located and close to the Stadion underground station. We opted to have breakfast and dinner in-house, which was a winning choice as both the service and the food were great, although a wider selection of cereals and cooked options would be much appreciated for breakfast. The rooms could do with a little TLC. The reception staff was always helpful when asked for assistance with figuring out how to reach specific destinations/tourist attractions/shops via public transports.

The twin beds were uncomfortable - mainly because of the top mattress which moved around and was generally awkward. It’s the only bed where my back was sore in the morning. Not up to standard for the price.

Not a dislike really, but there could be some items that are different on a weekend breakfast or a dessert included in weekend dinner. Also, the location is quite in the middle of a residential area so it's a bit of a walk to anything touristy.

The room was better than expected looking at the pictures. Loved the relaxed vibes at the reception area where people gathered for drinks and fika. T Breakfast had no variety, as it was the same everyday but dinner varied with their soups winning every time for me.

Way too soft bed for us. Also it was very hot to sleep, so we needed to open the window (no air conditioner).

The neighbourhood itself isn't particularly inspiring for overseas visitors - it's a quiet residential area. The hotel is in need of some TLC, but the lovely staff more than make up for that!

The staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the rooms aren't routinely serviced - you need to ask - this is such a sensible policy. We had taken the half board package and that worked very well for us. There's a lot to see in Stockholm but (in winter anyway) nothing seems to open before 11am, so we we were always back late afternoon or early evening and to have the meal ready and waiting was so convenient. The quality of the food was good - a soup/bread and a buffet for the main course consisting of a couple of salads, some protein (eg chicken, fishcake) and some carbs (eg pasta or potato). Coffee and tea is available in the lobby all day - again, very convenient. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the underground and about a 30 min walk to the city (we're in our 60s).

Everything's fine !!

Spacious, spotless clean room at 5th floor. Very Helpful personnel always with a smile ! The hotel is located in a very convenient point near to the metro station of Stadion, and from there you can explore very easily all the city of Stockholm ! The breakfast and the dinner were delicious. Hope to return some day !

A few minor issues in the room - the bath tap didn't work so I had to use the shower head to fill the bath and a few aspects of the rooms were a little tired and need updating.

The hotel was very cosy and welcoming and the breakfast and evening meal were lovely - simple, beautifully prepared and presented. It was also great being able to help ourselves to tea and coffee downstairs and relax in the lobby area. Due to a mix-up with our booking we were upgraded to a suite - special thanks must go to Rebecca who was incredibly professional, kind, friendly and understanding and who facilitated this upgrade and really made sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was not clean enough, the light bulb above the bed did not work and the size of the room was smaller than in the photo on the booking.com

We arrived at the hotel quite early and, thanks to the hotel staff, we were checked in earlier. We are very grateful! Breakfast and dinner was amazing! All of the dishes was so delicious and fresh! I would especially like to note the amazing hot bread! Comfortable bed and pillows!

Room was quite basic, no fridge in the room, towels clean but quite aged, frankly could be replaced.

Location was great, 3 min walk to the metro, 15 min to the center. We took half board option and dinner was surprisingly good.
