Difficult to adjust the temp of showers

All the hostel is basically under the ground. There is no fresh air circulating. This also means that there won't be any real window in your room. If this can be a problem for you, I don't recommend this place.

It's one of the most affordable places in Stockholm, a city that will surprise your wallet! The location is nice, since it's very close to Cityterminalen. The bathrooms were rather clean for the hostel standard.

The showers could be a bit cleaner but I went late at night and the cleaning was probably going to get done in the morning. The toilets close to the rooms are very small and the seats need to be fixed.

We had a short stay and were pleasantly surprised when we came in after reading some reviews. It is well located, very close to the metro and 5 minutes away from the central station. Easy checking in/out, facilities are well furnished and equipment is satisfying. The beds were comfortable and the room very soundproof.

I didn't like that the hostel is located in the basement, so the rooms have no windows and it's always either pitch black or has all the lights on. Not very suitable for shared dorms tbh. Other than that it was okay. I wouldn't have gone to a room as big as I did if I knew about this light problem because 12 people turning on and off the big light whenever bc no natural light is really uncomfortable. The reception is also not open at all times, which is not great.

It was overall okay. Clean. Good location pretty close to the central station. I walked everywhere (even if that meant walking for 20km one day)

Bad sound isolation, in the morning I could hear everything that was going on outside. No window, but it was no surprise.

The self check in procedure was fast and didn’t cause any issues. The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfy. The room also had a hagner, a table with a chair. I stayed only for 1 night for a short time so I didn’t have time to check all the faicilities, but the dining area looked nice. The toilet was near my room so it was a no problem to find it.

They need more hooks in the restrooms, especially the showers. They could use some benches as well. People did not clean up after themselves. Staff can only do so much.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent with public transportation and restaurants nearby. The cleaning staff was constantly working to keep the place spic n span.

Small touch, but I think it would be nice if the bottom sheet and duvet covers were made up ahead of time. Especially beneficial for late arrivals so they won’t have to do it upon arrival and wake up other guests.

Rooms are very tiny and have no ventiliation.

Location is very convenient and kitchen is big. There are plenty of showers in the hostel. Check in and check out easy to do.

2/4 shower cabins' locks didn't function in the women's bathroom, so only 2 cabins could be used. the water runs for 20-30 seconds, then you need to click on the button for it to run again. you need to be really careful and don't put any clothes inside the cabin because everything will be wet. in addition, I was staying in a 6-female room and it was tiny - the windows are opaque and don't open, there is just not enough ventilation for so many people. the lockers inside the room can't be locked and you need to bring your own lock if you want to protect your stuff. also, there is only one chair for 6 people, and not even a small table.

wonderful location, there is a great supermarket across the street which i frequented. also, the railway station is in walking distance (7-10 min.). the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and dining area were huge and inviting. the staff was willing to help and answer any questions (thank you, Khrystyna!)

The room was supposed to have a TV but it had been removed (not sure why, and we weren't informed). The water in the shower cubicles flows to the centre of the area instead of draining within the cubicle. This might seem a little messy/inconvenient for some.

The hostel has excellent security both at the entrance but also throughout the premises. It is clean and takes about 10-15 minute walk to the central station. WiFi is excellent throughout the premises and the kitchen has all the utensils that are required. The toilets and shower areas are clean and well maintained with hot/cold water.

There's not much sound insulation between the rooms and the common areas. While no one was unreasonably loud during our stay, the noise that was made could be heard quite easily through the walls. Not a huge deal, but if I were staying again I would take earplugs. Definitely not a dealbreaker though!

It was clean, it was in a good location, the facilities were excellent for a hostel. It was exceptional value for money. I would happily stay again.
