Only one stove between all the rooms, this caused queuing at meals. Add to this limited pans, effectively only two people could cook at the same time. Dish washer present But wasn’t used. Dishes were air dried instead. No real recycling. - Confusion over which bins to use for what types of rubbish. Toilets often blocked.. It’s also 10 minutes from the central prison (no one talks about that)

Good central location. 10 minutes from central station. Has a laundry service. Rooms are clean and functional. Showers are hot. very good security on front door and internally.

The facilities of the hostel, particularly the kitchen, are well-prepared. The shower room and toilet were separated obviously which reduced the over-occupy problem.

I understand this is hostel but it can really get loud at times. People come in late at night so if you are coming for work, be prepared to lose sleep over incoming guests. The shower at the property were not the best.

We had a double bunk room we had felt claustrophobic. Hard to keep your clothes dry in the men's shower.

Everything was clean, it is close to the central station, so a great accomodation, when traveling by train. The kitchen has all the utensils necessary for cooking.

For light sleepers, I recommend bringing an eye mask, as the corridor light can be a bit disruptive, especially in the 6-bed dorm room for women.

Great location! Just a one-stop metro ride from T-Centralen. Self-check-in was a breeze. Instructions for accessing the hostel and my room key were sent via Booking.com messages a few days before arrival. The hostel had a unique layout that took a moment to get used to, but everything was clearly marked (rooms, WC, showers, kitchen, rest area, reception etc.). This hostel was perfect for exploring the city with its convenient location.

I barely interacted with the staff. It was very much a help-yourself kind of stay. Whilst not itself a bad thing, I think it hurt the atmosphere, with it being quiet and people keeping to themselves. If that is what you want, by having a full itinery of your own and/or come with friends then this is an ideal place to lay down your head each evening. But if you want to meet people and interact more there might be better options.

The location was perfect, a short walk from Stockholm's main station and with nice surroundings. The place was clean and everyone kept it that way cleaning up after themselves. Free tea/coffee was a nice extra too.

The rooms are basically in the basement and have no windows. It's ok if you plan to be outside all the time, but if you need to spend some time in there you can get a bit claustrophobic

There needs to be some air movement in the room, no fan, window, or anything was terrible.

no air conditioning and lack of windows trhoughout the accomodation meant that it got extremely hot. The onyl way to make it bearable was to leave the door open overnight, which is very dangerous.

There was only one men's room, and the facility was like being in the military, with one large and long sink and only 2 toilets for so many male guests. Plus, the showers were elsewhere from the bathroom, making it difficult to wash up and shower. Also, there were too many times when the over-worked staff were hard to ask for information or assistance.
