Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandBreakfast pack was disappointing. So many great reviews of breakfast and the pack I received consisted of a roll that was made the day before and a poor quality orange juice concentrate. A piece of fruit, bottle of water and a pastry or yogurt would have left a better impression.
Excellent location close to Central Station. Hop on hop off bus stop outside hotel. Rooms were very clean. Although room was small, it had everything you needed and given its location, it is normal to expect smaller space. Reception staff were very efficient and offered me use of luggage room as I arrived early at hotel. Excellent value hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the rooms were comfortable despite being small. The hotel is very close to the Central Train Station, which is very convenient for getting around Stockholm. Great value! I would definitely book again!

However, the lady in the front cancel the charge after I protest to the charge. I suggest the hotel should let whoever charge anything should sign their name so it won't charge to someone else bill.

Good location with attached restaurant where you have breakfast. The property is close to the metro and bus terminals to/from the airport. My room came with a portable fan which was nice, a coffee machine and some weights. The bed was big and comfortable and had good size pillows.
