We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomDinner is served until 20 o’clock. There was possibility for me to arrive slightly late and on request if they could save me some food I was told that I have to pay which defeats the whole purpose of dinner included in your stay. Plating food that is from a buffet should not cost any money.
The hotel’s location was great - close to everything in the high street. Staff was kind. I like that they offer free coffee all day long. The dinner included in the price was average but good still. The room was designed well and it was comfortable.

SwedenThe room and bed were relatively small. It got pretty warm inside, and it wasn't possible to open the window entirely. There was a bar across the street, so there was some noise at night. But it didn't close too late, so this wasn't a huge issue.
The hotel is located in the heart of Växjö. It is in an old building but nicely decorated. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, and the toilet even had floor heating. One of the best parts of our stay was that breakfast, fika, and dinner were included in the price.

Everything was amazing. Perfect location and amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff, very helpful, kitchen staff were also very friendly and readily available for any needs. Those were exceptional. Outdoor room was awesome. All amenities were there. The inhouse shower gel and shampoo were mesmerizing Thank you

It is difficult to find bad words to say about this hotel. Excellent location, staff very helpful, the room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals were adequate and enjoyable. The afternoon free fika was a bonus; the free coffee and tea at reception 24/7 was a nice touch. Their sauna was under renovation and they kindly arranged the use of a nearby gym sauna. Sadly, we are travelling through Sweden and unlikely we will return to Vaxjo but if we did we would not hesitate to stay there.

DenmarkRoom not air-conditioned and unable to sleep with open window due to street noise until after midnight from restaurants across from hotel. Included dinner; fried food each night with same salad selection each evening. Dining room is canteen like, needs an upgrade if included dinner to be continued. Room not serviced by 15:30 so collected clean towels ourselves. Website stated - terrace to relax and enjoy a beverage surrounded by stunning flowers and plants - actually just a terrace with no other service.
Location in city was good, very central. Lounge area cozy.

Initial thought was hotel was quite basic and hotel was split into 3 parts and we were directed around the corner to another hotel but to come back to hotel for food but hotel had very friends staff, very nourishing food, free tea and coffee in reception.
