The coffee cups we used in our room weren’t cleaned up and the coffee in our room wasn’t replenished. Also the glass cup we used in our bathroom wasn’t changed. A few days into our stay we had an extra person joining us, so we had organised for the hotel to add another bed into our room. We confirmed this with them 2 days before, 1 day before, and on the day I asked them in the morning just to check when the bed would be moved in. The receptionist said he would let the cleaner know to add the bed in. But when we all arrived later in the evening the bed still wasn’t in the room - so I had to call the hotel number to get help. They were very kind and gave us an extra room for the night, and moved the bed in the next morning, but it was a bit inconvenient and frustrating since we had talked about it multiple times leading up to the day.

It was a great location, close to everything we needed - shops, train station, bus stops, restaurants, parks etc. We liked the breakfast buffet too. Staff were friendly and happy to help us. Also on National Cinnamon Bun Day the hotel provided free cinnamon buns to celebrate - that was nice.

It's a great place to stay. Reasonably priced and close to everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet has something for everyone, and the hotel maintains a solid standard.

The room is exceptionally small for two occupants with luggage. I know the room size is stated on details, but you can't visualise until you move in. I did mention that the bin near the breakfast buffet and entrance to corridor to rooms is always swarming with bugs. That could be addressed.

The location was excellent. Near eateries, railway station, shops and walks along the canal. The breakfast buffet was varied and very good quality.

We went for a king size bed but the down side was that the room seemed a bit small for it. There was little space in the room for working: space is clearly at a premium here! This may be due to the fact that building had been converted from office use prior to being a hotel? Mustard or ketchup with the breakfast - I didn't see any?

Hotel is situated right in the centre of Åkersberga a few minutes walk from the station and central shopping mall. Hence convenient for public transport if needed to Stockholm. We had a hire car and parked in the mall carpark for which we paid 40 SEK per 24hr period, which seemed a fair price. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and included both hot and cold breakfast. Hot was standard but the cold included gravadlax salmon and several types of herring. Coffee, although stored in a thermos flask, was excellent too. Nice choice of rolls as well as traditional Swedish hard breads. I loved the decoration wallpaper on the end walls to the stairs to the upper floors designed to give the appearance of bookshelves filled with old books.
