The location of the hotel is decently near the central station and breakfast food is lovely.

At 4:30am, I had to hunt down and find a staff member to find the packed breakfast. The room was with two single beds and not a single double bed as requested. BBC News was the only channel not available to view on the TV.

I was told that there was a free breakfast, but I said I need to check out at 4:30am and could not enjoy it. The reception staff said no problem and offered a packed breakfast. I was also upgraded to a canal side room with a balcony. The room size was quite reasonable too. Quite a good location close to the Central Station and the central part of the city. Desk area was nice and comfortable to work on.

They have a sauna in the building which we used for an extra cost. It was a nice way to relax and wind down before going to bed. Their breakfast buffet had a large selection of food items (hot & cold) and was included in the stay. It was very good!

Unfortunately the room was right next to the elevator and we could hear it every time it stopped. We stayed for two days and the breakfast was the same every day, although it was varied and delicious.

The hotel is within walking distance of the central train station and bus station and the city center. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was small but very clean (cleaned every day). Big beds. The mattress was good but a liitle bit soft for me. Rich and tasty breakfast. 24 hours free coffee. Good Wi-Fi internet.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Malmö. It is close to the city center and the railway station. If you ask for it the evening before, you can get a little breakfast bag if you have to leave before the ordinary breakfast starts.

It appears the bedsheets were not changed, we noticed short hairs on pillows, and sheets don't smell the freshest.

Friendly receptionist, smooth check in, great breakfast, we stayed for 7 nights, even though breakfast spread were the same everyday, we find that there are varieties of food items that suffice throughout these days. They provide free coffee and tea 24/7, which is very nice gesture. The room space were adequate for 2 of us, no weird smell from toilet, shower pressure were perfect, there were no aircon but the hotel provide a fan for us to ventilate the room, summer weather were so pleasant, so we just need to open the window to feel the "aircon". Location of the hotel is fantastic, we walked to most of the places we wanted to go, including the Malmo Garden Show near to Malmöhus Slott. Even though it is located in a central location, the streets were quiet at night and we rested well. There is a nearby bus stop that took us to Ikea. We had fun! Thank you BW!

I can't deny that the rooms could do with some refurbishing - they did feel a bit aged and in not the best possible state anymore.

The hotel may be feeling its age a bit, but this was more than made up for by the helpful, kind and positive staff! I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and when I pointed out that a light switch in my room wasn't working, it was fixed in about fifteen minutes - problem solved! Other than that, the location was great when coming from the train station, and my room had everything I needed for a short stay. Will happily return here if I ever find myself in Malmö again.

Excellent breakfast, huge variety of foods and drinks, free coffee and tee is very kind from the hotel. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. Location is really good, close to everything you need in Malmo.
