At first we were offered a room at the floor below ground level. And there is deeper. This is unacceptable and has to be made clear in advance. €100 is not the price for such things. €20 with an apology for super last minute last resort bookings would be ok.

We had ordered take away breakfast as we left early for a flight. We were handed a bag but should have checked it then and there as it contained food - but not the coffee ordered. That was clearly the task of the bloke on reception & I have not often come across a person less bothered!

Fewer options for breakfast then similar hotels but still decent. No windows in our room, wasn't a big issue and the ac is good but just to make people aware.

Very quiet, you can't hear the road. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby and reasonable walk to the main attractions.

2 nights of sleep disturbed by noisy guests was very annoying. Management seemed to do nothing. First night was at 4.20 in the morning - they seemed to have a drum. Second night was at 1.10. Very bad. Banging doors etc

Breakfast was good and the location was good. I'd say it's a fairly basic or budget hotel.

Very small rooms on level 1 (2 floors underground) and level 2 (1 floor underground) and level 3 (ground floor). Our upgrade to a triple room on level 4 was spacious, but it’s the exception rather than the rule.

Most rooms below ground level and are very small. We upgraded at a decent price and we’re happier thereafter but the initial cheap price is there for a reason.

The room was very small, not even a small desk fits in. In addition, I did not have any window in my room :(

The hotel was situated in an excellent location and the breakfast was very good. In addition the facilities and room were very clean!

The rooms felt a bit snug, and there was no closet space which made managing my clothes a bit cumbersome. Kitchen closed way too early, which was a little inconvenient. But there were a decent number of fast food options nearby so it was a mild peeve. The hotel was completely cash free. Which wasnt advertised in advance. This was also a little inconvenient.

No windows for fresh air (again as I've stayed a couple of times), mini fridge and / or kettle would be nice. Some staff friendlier / more polite than others (one lady was side eyeing me / looking at me like I didnt belong). She def made me feel slightly uncomfortable.

Rooms are kinda small. We had a room without window, so obviously it is also kinda dark. There was no fridge in our room, so keep that in mind while booking as well.

Nice clean hotel with good breakfast and great location! We traveled to Friends arena and I would definately recommend this location, the train station is very close and it is a short train ride to the reach the arena.

Bed quality is really poor and most rooms are below ground level meaning they have no windows and are very small.

The water pressure was very low and the clock blue light a little annoying at night. Breakfast was average quality.

The size of the rooms is pretty small, but everything works wonders. It's a little hard to get used to it at first, a bit claustrophobic, but it's actually quite comfortable.

AC didn't properly work so we couldn't make or room warmer, also since the room was so small and bed was under the window - the wind made our backs also cold.

We enjoyed the location - everything was close. If you don't feel like walking then a few metro stations can transport you anywhere you want in the city. Breakfast was delicious. Room was a bit small for two people, but for our short stay it was ok to bear. Only thing in our room (I think it was 308) the shower drain was clogged so you couldn't shower at your fullest because otherwise all bathroom floor would flood. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi worked great.

The air conditioner was a nice addition to the room without windows.
