Started my mornings with an amazing breakfast. Scandinavians in general really know how to prepare a meal! The staff exceeded my expectations starting upon arrival through my entire stay. The front desk took care of all my needs including arranging dinner reservations

The fact that there was a great deal of confusion with our booking and a complete lack of communication between you, the hotel and us pre arrival. I had informed both you and the hotel well before the cancellation policy had expired that our booking for 7 was now 6. The duty manager said we had paid for 7 and that we should take this up with you. I tried to do this so many times by your messaging service which was never responded to then eventually when we returned home managed to speak to someone who was helpful but who ultimately told me that there was no difference in price. I spent a lot of time on this and achieved nothing. It is very doubtful I shall use you again as dealing with the hotel directly would have been much simpler. You actually spoiled my first hours in Stockholm and on my birthday! So yes the hotel was great but booking.com not!!!

Wish the room had air conditioning. It had a circulation system to assist with cooling but it took a considerable amount of time to feel any difference at all. That was a let down.

Quality of food in the restaurant was excellent. Facilities were top notch.

- do not disturb sign not available to put up- thus multiple interruptions during the day by room keeping , maintenance and turn down service wanting to carry out routine up-keep. - room cleaning sometimes didn’t happen till around 330 pm which coincided with the time most travellers return to the room to rest before an evening out. - breakfast was exactly the same every single day - gets boring after day 3.

many rooms face a relatively narrow courtyard with countless office windows; so there is no view and not a lot of natural light in rooms that are already dark by design. although the gym is relatively well-appointed, the fact that the personal trainer had his lunch on a bench and a dog was roaming around was irritating.

modern, comfortable downtown accommodation with spacious rooms that attracts a mixed, pleasant crowd. the room included a generous desk, which ideally suited my needs for a short business trip.

It is an excellent hotel. Location was great, 8-9 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. You are in walking distance to most of the Stockholm attractions. Lots of shopping areas nearby. Hotel was very stylish, staff was really helpful. Room was big and very well designed. Bed and pillows were especially excellent. Couldn't checked out the roof (it was closed due to weather condisions). The hotel has the option for online check-in and check-out. Overall a great experience.
