The room i booked was a family room with 1 large bed and 2 single beds. We got a very small room, 227 with 4 single beds ( 2 beds put together),the mattresses move or slide easily. There is no air con, or if there was, then it was that small one which is not working so we just opened the window in the morning to get some good air from outside. The floor under the bed was so dusty, for someone with allergies like me, it's easy to know it, that's why I started checking what is causing my symptoms again.

The hotel has airport shuttle from and to the airport. Just remember to tell the driver which terminal to drop you off when going to the airport, because they seem don't talk. The breakfast was superb!...Even kids would find something they want, it has everything healthy you'd want to have to start your day. Perfect place for a short stay, if you are just stopping by at Arlanda for your next destination. Don't expect for any views.

There was NOTHING to walk to around the property. No restaurants or convenience stores. Just a lot or warehouses.

If you just need to rest one night by the airport for traveling somewhere the next day, this works. Nice rooms, decent breakfast.

Quite hot in room, no AC, when windows were opened it was quite loud from outside. A little bit dusty in room, but acceptable. Poor power outlets locations.

OK for one night when waiting for a plane. Free shuttle bus from and to airport. Nice personel. Quite OK breakfast. Coffee/tea in room.

We found a pill from our bed.

Location of the hotel was unexpected-it situated in what looks an industrial area. Therefore there was no direct transport to city of Stockholm. Althoug, there was free transport offered by hotel to and back from the airport. And one can take a train to Stockholm - the station was at walking distance. So, everything worked at the end but was really unexpected ar first.

It was great for what I needed which was a night to stay after a long flight before I head into the city.

I was very thankful that the shuttle bus was there for me after I landed at 1145pm at night. It was my first time at the airport and I had challenges with calling the airport from my US cell phone. I hadn't confirmed prior bit when I messaged the hotel to ask about the shuttle bus times, it seems like they noted it down because after struggling to call the number I came outside just to check and the shuttle bus was there waiting for me. I'm so very thankful to have that care that late at night and for my first time here. The room was very clean and spacious enough for me one night. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The staff were very polite and respectful. I like how you can use the shuttle to get to the airport then connect with transportation to the city center fir Stockholm. That is a great feature.

I don't really have anything negative to say, except maybe they should have a loyalty program for returning guests. Maybe also that it would be possible to have something to eat earlier than 4 am, if ordered the previous day. In our case the shuttle bus is at 4.30 am (to be able to get to the airport in time for check-in) and that doesn't give us much time to eat.

It is very convenient staying at this hotel, as there is a free shuttle bus taking you to the airport. The breakfast is excellent too and rooms are up to expectations. We always use this hotel when flying to Australia, as our flight is very early in the morning, so we have to stay one night before leaving Sweden. Also there are free parking if staying one night. Am not sure about parking if staying more than one night, but I know that they have a gated long term parking (for a fee, but cheaper than other parking in the area) for guests that are away for several weeks.
