Great location, there is pear for a boat ride to to Djurgården near by. Apartment was clean, and we got a very precise mail instructions about everything that we needed. Only we couldn't get a parking space since it is a garage so they have limited space and it was full. There is public parking infront of the building it can be payed by parking applications.

Broken Showerhead, was replaced! 👍🏻 Cigarette Butts thrown from apartment above, daily, disgusting (and I am a smoker) Kitchen/Kitchenette, designed by someone who had no clue! Formica next to sink already warping! Digital display on ceran / cooking top, partially job readable! No exhaust Frying pan doesn’t match the rings of the stove, plus old!

Apart Direct, Hammarby Sjöstad (Stockholm) Located about 15-20 minutes by car from the City Center of Stockholm, its location has plenty of supermarket/shopping and food options within short walking distance! The Likes: Car park, if you book well in advance, easy access to apartment! Small outdoor terrace, on the ground floor if that’s your thing, especially in summer quite nice, furniture aged though and partially rusty Bathroom spacious, with washing machine (terrible instructions, clueless how to operate the dryer, else shower good (after they repaired the shower head holder) Living area, single room, with good sized double bed, very comfy, sofa/couch, coffee table, Dining table that seats 4, which is nice, but also weird as the Kitchenette was designed by a clueless individual who has no idea of space and material planning! Good enough for a small pot & pan, but that’s where it stops! Cabinets good spaces! We loved the accessibility and the number locks, no fear of loosing keys, all easy to use! Dislikes: Washing machine provided, no clear instructions & no washing powder! (One can buy a welcome kit which includes basics for 100kr, but this was never mentioned in booking.com) The kitchenette was poorly designed! Bad surface material , the Formica already warped at the mini sink, Ceran cooking top partially unreadable (digital numbers only 1/2 visible) Frying pan oversized to available cooking area/ring, makes no sense, and pan overused! Microwave no instruction manual, bummer, try & figure out the various symbols, good luck! Plenty of warning/fine signs in the room, don’t wash you dishes, extra charge, baking good for more then 10seconds in microwave, smoke alarm set off (silly, wrong) smoking in room 5000kr fine (good idea) want to smoke go outside!

We would have liked slightly larger bath towels. Also as we were making breakfast in the apartment so a toaster would have been useful. Some leaflets about things to do/places to visit either in the room or the entrance hall would have been useful.

Convenient Location. Only a few minutes walk to the tram stop. There were supermarkets close by. Many eateries around and lovely walk along the river. It was very easy to get to the main areas of the city. The apartment was clean, spacious and reasonably well equipped. Very prompt responses from the service team was appreciated.

The location is not in the city center, but it is near with tram and train. Buy 3 days card. The price of food in nearby restaurants is okey comparing the price in old town. We had our breakfast in small supermarket near tram stop, some minutes walking from apartment. We also like the river area, where we can walk. And there is a pier for ferry. The Djugarden direction is not covered by transport card, but it is not expensive. The room is spacious.

Ground floor cannot open the windows and the AC cannot be turned off, the way it’s positioned blows straight in your face while sleeping. No shampoo or conditioner.

It was quiet and you had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen.

We had some issues with the room ventilation. It wasn’t working well, and the room was cold with a noticeable draft. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. We reported the issue, and they put some heaters in the room. The room became warmer, but the cold draft persisted.

Just as a suggestion maybe some laundry detergent tablets could be useful. As travellers would probably not want to buy a whole packet for 1 wash. Could be charged to the room maybe?

The sofa bed can be a bit more comfy. The kitchen could be slightly bigger with a few more utensils. A dishwasher would be a great addition as most of the racks under the kitchen counter are empty anyways. The shower area was a bit cramped because of the doors, may be substituted with curtain.

Clean and spacious Studio apartment. Super easy checkin and check out. Convenient location with proximity to public transport and groceries. Car parking available right in front of the property.

We were staying on the ground floor, the room view was not good at all. And the curtain is not light-proof. We woke up at 5am.

reasonable rate. very close to supermarkets, restaurants, fast food shop and tram station. And there is a river nearby with splendid view and vibe. The room is clean. The pantry is well-equipped with a very big fridge. highly recommended.

Shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. Need to have a shower enclosed the water is ruining the cabinet under the sink. The weather was unusually warm this particular week. To have been provided with a fan would have been ideal.

There was no towel service, if towels could be replaced at least every two days.

Excellent location, 2-3min walk to tram station with links all over the city. Lidl, coop and other supermarkets extremely close. Iron and ironing table and hair dryer provided. No staff on location but I preferred this and can contact via their number or email.

Little impersonal just having code to enter building and no-one in the building.

Good facilities in the flat. Easy communication with the team on issues. Easy to get into central Stockholm via tram/train.

No staff on site which was problematic when the code for the outer door didn’t work. Lots of faff (& cost) ringing the company up to get another access code. Air con can not be turned off so it’s either cooling you down or warming you up - not great at night as noisy and drys the throat. Asked the company but said it was out of their control.

Big room with well-equipped kitchen. We saved money by breakfasting at home. Good bed. Washer/dryer. You wouldnt know that the room was next to a highway because the room was very quiet. Location allows for bus, tram, and ferry options.
