We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and check in was not until 3pm, which no chance of an early check in. The hotel was booked out, so they should have known that at 3pm that there would be a lot of people checking in. The queue was very long and there were not enough staff on the desk to check in that many people. Was all a bit rushed and crazy to get to the stadium on time.

The breakfast was great - lots of options and there was plenty of food. The room easily fitted my friend and I in it, the shower was good and the beds were comfy. There was no aircon, which made it a bit hot in the room.

The room was not that clean. It was dusty, and the carpet outside was dirty/old looking.

The location was perfect. It was close to the Friends Arena. The reception area and the bar were nice and clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was good as well.

The parking can get a bit costly as you cannot park for free and the least is of 126kr to park in a parking house which to be noted is not of the hotel

We booked the cheapest room as we did just have to sleep and go the next day. Kind of surprised the room had no way of ventilating, no window that opens and also no airconditioning. Lucky it wasn´t a hot day, it was already uncomfortably warm. Toilet seat cover was broken, people can look into your room as the window is faced towards the reception.

Check in was smooth, parking nearby, we did park rigth outside of the hotel (pay attention to pay for parking as overnight a parking attendant did check and gave a fine to the cars on either side of us) Breakfast is good, the hot food is a smaller selection than typical for Sweden but really overall very good food. They also have an allergy friendly section. Very friendly staff.

The dining options in the restaurant didn't really meet my expectations and it lacked a cozy atmosphere. There are limited parking spots available in front of the hotel. There are additional spots available, but these are to be paid for by an app. This could be a bit tricky if you're from abroad, since the apps didn't recognise my telephone number.

Very friendly staff and good facilities. The room was relatively big and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

The room that we were given is totally different than the room i booked, we were given a very small 2 bedrooms and small space around the beds and small toilet. The room was so hot, no fans and windows opens only 10cm. I requested for folding bed and my request was confirmed but i was surprised to not have the bed arranged in the room, thanks to the reception lady Vena who solved our problem in the evening.

The hallways were dirty. The carpet was old and stained. Someone spilled something the first day we got there and it still wasn't cleaned up several days later. The rooms were clean, but various things were broken. We had two rooms, and the toilet seat was broken in one, as well as a door handle.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. They have places for groups to sit and games to play. The breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of choices and the food was good. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The rooms were clean.

we were in the disabled room, and the water would flood the entire bathroom. also the floor wasn’t super clean and our bed was covered in glitter

The rooms were not the tidiest we have seen, although acceptable. The location is good for Friends Arena, but access is slightly complicated due to construction works.

A spacious and easygoing hotel very suitably located for visits to Friends Arena. A nice and large breakfast room with a variety of foods available. Very friendly staff.

A bath mat and some kind of floor swiper would have been good. The bathtub and the bathroom floor were kind of slippery so that would have helped. The floor also got very wet when showering and we had to wipe the floor with a towel. The bed was super comfy but the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, so two regular beds would've been better.

After checking in, the power in the room went off. We were transferred to another room which was smaller in size and for 2 persons. We made a makeshift bed on the sofa and somehow managed to spend 2 nights.

Decent hotel close to bus stop and commuter rail. Breakfast spread was ok but needs improvement.

Room was pretty basic. No wardrobe or shelf. Shower chamber didn't have covers. So water spillage everywhere. Breakfast spread didn't have much options.

Value for money. Near to bus stop, highway and commuter train.
