Went as a last minute and taylor swift was in town. Nice, clean hotel, very good for budget. Not the most charming area, but I used it to sleep. The breakfast was good also.

There are not a lot of choices for breakfast, especially the meat section. But otherwise, everything is great.

Very nice location right next to the communing station and bus stations. The area is buzzing with shops and restaurants. The room is clean and quite spacious. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Entrance after hours needed an app download. No lobby but instead a staircase which didn’t feel clean, however once inside the hotel corridor it was very clean. Location is good but if you’re on the front side the road is very loud.

Not very spacious, the sink hardly had any space for toiletries. We had 2 big suitcases and 1 small and that took pretty much most of the floor space.

The bed was a bit small for 2 people and the cover as well. Also the pillows are very soft, but we had 4 in the room and this thing depends on our preferences, not exactly a disadvantage.

It was very close to all kind of transportation. It had a supermarket just downstairs, fast-food, and bowling nearby. It was close to the city center (20min walk). Friendly neighborhood and friendly stuff. Very clean and the breakfast was good and fresh.

Nothing specific.

The location of hotel is good. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and a liquor shop in the neighborhood. It is about 20 mn.walking distance to Terminal Station.There is a subway station next to building so is very close the public transportation. Staff in the reception and the restaurant were very kind.Breakfast was good enough. The size of the room was OK. Furnitures and the bathroom were new and clean.

The shower protection made of glass is not very functional. Despite being aesthetic, it lets a lot of water pass into the bathroom. The hotel provides kettle and some teas in the rooms. However, all the teas offered contained caffeine... it would have felt good to have a hot tea at night. There was no bathroom available outside the rooms. Once checking out, you will be unable to access any bathroom.

Staff is friendly, practical and straight to the point. We were able to store our luggage after checkout in a safe place, with no extra cost. Even though we stayed in a room facing the main road, we didn't hear any noise as the room was well soundproofed.

The electronic key app comes with no instructions and even for someone tech savvy was confusing. The breakfast was continental style and extremely basic. I was on the 3rd floor, yet the traffic noise was loud. The windows didn't seem to shut well and only seemed to be single glazed. There was also no way to control the heating / air conditioning temperature in the room and it got a bit stuffy, I'd have cracked the window open a little bit as above or would then have been too loud to sleep. Also was no way to turn off the main room lights from the bed which was odd.

Location was great, right next to the metro station (via which, a few minutes from Central station, or a 20-25 minute walk) and A McDonalds a few doors down. Very clean and felt very secure with key access to enter every floor. Room was nicely (but basically) furnished. Bed comfortable, Shower was very good.

The first thing is that the shower overflows with water and there is no mop to clean it, so you have to clean it with your own towel. The second thing is that if you are under 18 and you are booking a room, you need parents admission, which is okay but no one told us and when we checked in we had to contact our parents.

Getting access was not good. It was nearly 1900. No staff or not answering external phone. Onc e inside, by a stroke of luck , some one came to door to go out.

Nic e warm room. Tea and coffee. bathroom very clean and spotless. comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection. Good value for many and very close to my final destination.

When taking the shower, the water expand also on the bathroom floor and stay wet for some time in the joints of the tiles. Not the biggest issue but a door or a profile between shower and bathroom will solve the issue. Breakfast is enough but quite basic. Sometimes, in the main hallway, there was not the best smell.

The room was quite nice and comfortable. The position of the hotel is very close to the Fridhemsplan metro station and to a supermarket and fast-food. Breakfast is enough and well organized.
