We upgraded to a larger room with a shower/tub combination. The glass partition to keep the shower water inside the tub was MUCH too short. It should have extended into at least half of the tub area. It’s too easy to get water on the floor while showering. No wash cloths.

Superb breakfast buffet!!!! Lots of variety and comfortable eating area with plenty of seating. Comfortable bed and hard wood floors.

The room window was open and couldn't be closed. It was warm enough outside so this wasn't a major issue for us. The price of the hotel was pretty steep.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city, very close to the Arlanda Express station. The room was quite small but had all things needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had a pretty good selection and you could eat it on a terrace.

For breakfast, you have to choose a limited time period like 07.30-09.00, 09.00-10.00. Our room was probably arranged for disabled people, so there was no bath tube in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable at all. The staff is helpful. It is just a few minutes walk from the central train station.

When we checked into our room, we found an access card of the previous occupant. It seemed the room wasn't made before we arrived. The AC wasn't effective

The best part about this hotel is its location. Just a 5 minute walk from the central station. So reaching the hotel from the airport by Arlanda Express was super convenient. The metro and bus stop are in very close proximity. Excellent breakfast buffet with a large spread. Room was pretty comfortable though not very large. Excellent service with a set of very helpful staff.

There was nice bright light in the entry, but the room had no side/table lamps, only overhead reading lights, so it was darker in the evenings than I would have preferred. However, my room was an unusual shape, so others may be different.

The Hotel Adlon is in a great location for visiting Stockholm, three blocks from the train station, subway, commuter trains, and busses. The room was very nice and the bathroom was gorgeous, although I had a few difficulties with the European shower.. But the facilities were great and the breakfast was 5 star!!

Air Conditioning in the room would not go below 23. Baggage storeroom very small. They cannot stir your bags if you turn up early or want to stay a bit longer after checkout time .

when i went down for breakfast i thought i had to give one of the staff my room number but they said i didnt need to.but because as i was on my own when i had to get up to have another part of my breakfast there was nO way of knowing i had vacated my table.WHAT THEY SHOULD DO IS THEY SHOULD HAVE A PACK OF PLAIN A4 CARDS ON THE DESK SO WHEN EACH PERSON COMES DOWN THEY SHOULD GIVE THEIR ROOM NUMBER AND THE MEMBER OF STAFF WRITES THE ROOM NUMBER ON THE CARD AND TGHE GUEST PLACES IT ON THEIR TABLE SO OTHER PEOPLE CANT TAKE THE TABLE.

Only one elevator, I was on the first floor so easy to take the stairs for me. But did result in a bit of a queue in the morning with everyone checking out.

Size of rooms: we had two rooms booked for 4 adults. One Junior Suite - which had a tiny bathroom. One superior twin room - really quite tiny, but bathroom was quite spacious. The room itself is too small to accomodate more than one big suitcase..I had to leave one suitcase in the junior suite or else we'd have to skip over luggage to the get to the bed. No AC: we stayed end of August in late summer. It was still a bit warm, but the hotel has no air conditioning. Not a great idea for the warm months. Carpets in corridors: this seems to be a trend in all Swedish hotels. The carpets make it really difficult to drag suitcases with wheels in the narrow corridors. No ventilation in bathroom, so can feel stuffy sometimes. Housekeeping: this seems to be a myth. The only thing that was done for 'housekeeping' was folding the duvets and changing the garbage bags in the dustbins. The bathroom was not cleaned, as I could see marks on the floor from before and during our stay, that are probably still there now! The tables were not wiped as dust was accumulated on all surfaces. Cups were not cleaned/replaced. Really makes you wonder about the standard of hygiene at a 4-star hotel! No water in the room. Breakfast: it's a vast spread, typically Nordic style.. Lots of bread, meat and cheese. Personally, not a big fan of it, but other tourists seemed to be enjoying themselves. Staff: no one greeted us at the breakfast room, no eye contact, no smiles, nothing. They didn't even check which room we were staying in!

Rooms seem to be newly renovated, so everything is clean and modern, especially the bathroom. Location: very close to the train station. The hop on hop off tour has a stop just opposite the hotel. Nearby to the shopping areas and restaurants, pubs etc. close to the T-Centralen metro station.

Good soundproofing of rooms despite central location. Very close to the station. From central station 3 mins max walking to the hotel. It's fabulous if you take the Arlanda train link from the airport. 20 minutes from airport to hotel! Staff were very helpful in every way. Very knowledgeable re how to reach places using public transport. Good choice for breakfast.

The weather was warmish but the air-conditioning was non-existent so it made the night uncomfortable. We asked to have it looked at, which the front desk arranged. A technician went to the room but nothing was changed. The fan simply didn't work properly. We were offered a different room where the cooling fan was better, but the room was a downgrade from what we paid for.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were pleasant.

staff was 5 stars. sorted out dinner for us at the restaurant when it seemed to be fully booked. super helpful with all and any requests we had. location is very practical. rooms are good and clean. has all the necessary pieces including an ironing board and an iron.

You have to book your breakfast time slot for every morning. When we arrived there was only the 7:30 slot left so there was no lie-in for us!

We booked a Junior Suite and were very happy with the room - good size - and we had an excellent view. Location of the hotel is perfect for the train station and is just a 10min walk to the old town. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.
