Getting wifi signal in room was a little temperamental, but it worked. But otherwise, nothing to moan about.

Airport shuttle bus stops c250m away and train station only a touch more. Excellent walking base, with a good buffet breakfast. Restaurants within 200m range from French to Maxx burger joint. Stayed 4 nights, so took upgrade offer to junior suite - recommended. Good sound proofing.

You need to change your information about the Deluxe queens rooms when you say you have 4 different Rooms, now how it is you do not know what kind of room you get when its not according your picture of the room.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, good breakfast. The staffs are really nice, friendly and helpful even have my 5 rooms reserved colocated on the same floor as requested. Best location - the 5 minute walk to the Arlanda Express train platform for 18 minutes train to Arlanda internation airport and proximity in walking distance to everywhere

The hotel is in a good location. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Good breakfast buffet. Room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. It is a nice little area for office work too. The good staff and manager helped me get a refund for the last day I booked online but did not use it. Shoe shine machine is appreciated! Thank you for the good experience while in Stockholm.

Breakfast room was too small and congested by large parties so finding a seat at 8.30 was difficult despite booking a time slot . Wash bowl had no plug and had a fixed overhanging tap both of which made wet shaving more difficult .

Great location for visiting central Stockholm on foot and very close to the Arlanda Express airport link . Staff were excellent , helpful with perfect English . Breakfast was comprehensive wth good range and quality. Room was comfortable and clean with good walk in shower .Well placed for shops , waterfront and the old town .

The weather was very warm while we were there and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning in our room (a junior suite) so we had to have the window open at night. I don’t have a problem with that but it did mean it was noisy since the hotel is on a busy road. However it’s a city centre hotel so it’s what I expect.

Great location 5 minutes walk from the main station (and an 18 minute express train service to the airport) and walkable distances to restaurants and the main tourist sites of Stockholm. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice and a high quality restaurant in the evening.

Our initial family room #307 was horrible. The room has a weird awkward configuration and had very old furniture with safe. I went to ask about a room with a safe and the receptionist says the hotel is fully booked. I went back and a different receptionist and asked change our room. She was kind to show us a different family room on the 1st floor which was so much nicer with a great street view and a safe. I was disappointed with the first receptionist. I guess some of the rooms are super old and weird.

The room was very small and the curtains were too short for the window, I woke up every day at 4 for sunrise because they let through all the light.

The hotel is located in central Stockholm and there was a lot of noise coming from the street at night (it could of course be due to it being busy because of the concern). Also, the beds were quite soft for my liking. Everything else was great!

The staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms were clean and big and the breakfast was amazing! We stayed there for the Eras Tour concert and we knew Stockholm would be busy so we didn’t expect much. However, the hotel managed everything so well, from check-in to asking us to book a time slot for breakfast to avoid overcrowding. I travelled with my friend who has a disability and for that reason i had booked two single rooms and requested them to be next to each other which we got, and they even gave her a huge disabled-friendly room with two beds! The location was great too with public transport, shopping and restaurants right outside the door. All in all amazing service, we were so happy.

Our rooms did not have air conditioner or fans. During our stay it was in the 70s and our rooms were really warm. Most of the windows didn’t open more than a few inches and the street noise was really loud. They had beautiful chandeliers above the beds; replacing with a fan would be a huge benefit to the guests.

Location was awesome for people to take the Arlanda Express and subway and Gamla Stan is walkable in 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast brunch.

The price! Taylor Swift was in town at the same time unfortunately, so all the hoteliers had put their prices up hugely, such was the demand. The hotel facilities are perhaps a bit limited by modern standards, the room wasn't super luxurious.

Excellent location, just across the road from the airport express terminal and an easy walk to the city centre. Really good breakfast.
