We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great price/quality! In such an expensive city as Stockholm, it was great to find such a good hotel at this rates. Definitely recommend. Also very easy to reach the city with the train station situated immediately next to it.

SwedenIf you have the option, don't include the hotel's breakfast in your stay. The area is pretty small and there weren't cutlery/cups enough for all people. The mugs were a bit dirty also.

NetherlandsRoom service could have been more frequent. Maybe I did not know how to ask for it, maybe they came when I was in the room. However, once I mentioned this to the reception, it was all taken care of.
Breakfast was good, great value for the cost. The spa seems to be great, I did not try it though. I loved the proximity to the Pendeltag, easy to take the train to the center. Nicely designed.

United KingdomBreakfast at hotel very uninspiring and poor. Lack of descent options. For what you ate charged it’s poor value. I asked for a cappuccino and the waiter brought a card reader asking me for money without any mention of money at outset. My breakfast was included yet I don’t understand why other hot beverages are charged extra. Felt cheap. Apparently food is catered by another company than the actual property and hotel can’t do anything despite similar feedback from other customers.

JapanWe were traveling with a child, and swimming pool access for kids was limited, and pool fees were expensive. Check in counter was quite busy in the afternoon so that if I needed something, I had to wait for a while in order to talk to them.
The hotel is clean and modern and located next to a train station yet not loud. There was a small shop and restaurants just outside the hotel and supermarket on the other side of train rails. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed and we were arriving 4am so I was messaging the hotel and the hotel responded quickly.

SwedenThe organisations when the breakfast was served. Its very crowded when you get into the breakfast area And why are the pancakes cold? Even when you came in with a new cantine all pancakes were cold. And for the price of the stay the breakfast should be included. The TV didnt work - at all! I was after a long day of sightseeing in Stockholm looking forward to se a footballmatch on the TV - I told this to your staff - but it couldnt be fixed. You write in your description that TV is included in the room and then you expect it to function.
The location was good The area outsitde the hotel that you can sit and have a drink was very nice. Very clean and beautiful interior.
