Great price/quality! In such an expensive city as Stockholm, it was great to find such a good hotel at this rates. Definitely recommend. Also very easy to reach the city with the train station situated immediately next to it.

There’s a pools shown when booking and no mention made it to the additional costs. It’s not a place to stay if you’re looking for restaurant or nightlife.

If you have the option, don't include the hotel's breakfast in your stay. The area is pretty small and there weren't cutlery/cups enough for all people. The mugs were a bit dirty also.

The staff was pretty friendly. The room was organised, very clean and comfortable.

Room service could have been more frequent. Maybe I did not know how to ask for it, maybe they came when I was in the room. However, once I mentioned this to the reception, it was all taken care of.

Breakfast was good, great value for the cost. The spa seems to be great, I did not try it though. I loved the proximity to the Pendeltag, easy to take the train to the center. Nicely designed.

Breakfast at hotel very uninspiring and poor. Lack of descent options. For what you ate charged it’s poor value. I asked for a cappuccino and the waiter brought a card reader asking me for money without any mention of money at outset. My breakfast was included yet I don’t understand why other hot beverages are charged extra. Felt cheap. Apparently food is catered by another company than the actual property and hotel can’t do anything despite similar feedback from other customers.

Pool is extra cost! Expensive wellness package needed. I was not aware. Food buffet with some quality issues but ok.

Good connection to Stockholm city by train. Small Supermarkt next door. Some restaurants in close distance. Check orientation of the room due to railway tracks in front of the building. Parking garage 150m.

The train stop is literally behind the hotel and in less than 15 minutes you are in the centre of the city. Westfield is a train stop away which is great

Rooms were a bit pricey because of the Springsteen concert.

Breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was really crowded.

You had to pay extra to use the pool. Couldn’t connect to Netflix in the rooms. Air conditioning was a bit difficult to get ideal temperature.

Really clean, comfortable beds. Korres toiletries in the bathrooms. Staff were friendly.

We were traveling with a child, and swimming pool access for kids was limited, and pool fees were expensive. Check in counter was quite busy in the afternoon so that if I needed something, I had to wait for a while in order to talk to them.

The hotel is clean and modern and located next to a train station yet not loud. There was a small shop and restaurants just outside the hotel and supermarket on the other side of train rails. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed and we were arriving 4am so I was messaging the hotel and the hotel responded quickly.

Excellent location right on the rail line between airport and Downtown and old Stockholm. Modern hotel with good breakfast and dinners.

The organisations when the breakfast was served. Its very crowded when you get into the breakfast area And why are the pancakes cold? Even when you came in with a new cantine all pancakes were cold. And for the price of the stay the breakfast should be included. The TV didnt work - at all! I was after a long day of sightseeing in Stockholm looking forward to se a footballmatch on the TV - I told this to your staff - but it couldnt be fixed. You write in your description that TV is included in the room and then you expect it to function.

Although there were several channels on TV I could see. I'd have loved the possibility of logging into my digital streaming platforms to see a movie or two.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was easy to access and the outside view was quite nice and calming - close to a train station. I also loved the ambience of the room - it had a really beautiful, calming design.
