“The staff were very helpful and nice. They helped you when you have trouble opening the door or just in general to get around Västerås. The location was very convenient due to the vicinity of the bus station and convenient store nearby and the neighbourhood seemed very peaceful with good access to the bike route. They are generous when it comes to furnishing, the fridge in our room was very helpful and very big. The kitchen was clean and easy to use.”
