Unbelievable... one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen....

Nothing much but noticed there’s no complementary welcoming water in the room and everything is chargeable, which is not a big deal but hotel management as a host should consider putting up at least one or two bottles of water free to reflect their hospitality.

Too many visits by housekeeping and phone calls by reception, bathroom was average, and slow check-in.

The room was clean and comfortable, a nice view, the food was delicious, quiet, room size was very good, check out was fast, and staff were cooperative.

the resturants does not serve lunch .. unless u order it from the room service .

the staff at the reception mr. abdullrahman and mr.salman they were very helpfull , also mr.hamdy at the breakfast section . the design of the hotel is one of the best in the world , actually its a masterpiece .

This was one of the most unforgettable experiences. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful, the most stunning hotel I’ve stayed at to date and so grand - from the lobby to the corridors to the pool - every room was amazing. But what made our experience even better were the staff - every single staff who we encountered was so hospitable and polite, and they really did go above and beyond for us; we felt so welcomed and valued. Just to name a few of the amazing staff: Rania at the front desk, Kumar, Basem, Frank (from housekeeping) - I would name all if I could remember! I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re in Riyadh

My recommendation is to change the carpet of the room to the level of The Ritz Carlton Riyadh.

It was a great unforgettable luxurious experience accommodating in The Ritz Carlton Riyadh🏨 From the front desk to the room service, all members are welcoming and nice. They were competing to provide the best they have. Mohand, Bander, Salman and more gentlemen. The beautiful ladies have shown their ability to work together and make the environment more enjoyable. Madawi, Raniah, Aseel, and Rayan, made my stay not only enjoyable but unforgettable as this was my anniversary. My husband and I were surrounded by a garden of Red Flowers, sweet and drinks. Mohamad, Fahd, and Raniah came up to my room the night of my last day with another wonderful surprise. Of course, all these wonderful meaningful feelings meant a lot as the message behind reflect love and happiness. Breakfast was different than normal in Alorjouan restaurant with the hospitality of Mayvel, Sumarni , Abdullah and Abdul Hadi. All were very welcoming staff. In the Hong restaurant, another magnificent journey with all the staff, especial thanks to Osama, Kelvin, and Renonte.

I loved the service so much , the stuff was so professional and helpful , i felt like i am at my own palace this was not only a hotel to stay at it was a totally different experience and enjoyment time spent there , with professional stuff and sweet hospitality and treatment I appreciate everything they provided us and the nice treatment.

The room was a good size and very comfortable, but what stood out the most was the attitude of the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, it was clear they want to help with anything that would make your stay better. The highlight was the breakfast - hands down, the most high quality, fresh and varied breakfast buffet I have ever eaten at. Amazing.

Everything was amazing, truly amazing. It is indeed a palace hotel, so luxurious. My family enjoyed so much and especially the indoor swimming pool. We We got a great welcome after we arrived, our car was taken for valet parking by the friendly staff. Check in area is amazing also friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice and clean. The hotel ambiance so beautiful and also the landscaping around the hotel, the water fountain in front of the hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant for breakfast so inviting , and plenty of breakfast selection, buffet. The food tasted amazing. I wouldn’t mind staying at Ritz Carlton Riyadh again and l will recommend to my friends and family.
