When I booked I considered a kitchenette and looked at the photos and list of available things. It looked fine, however, when we were there, knife and cooking turner or ladle, which are very vital for cooking were not available. We tried to communicate this matter to the staff but we were given only a butter knife and no other cooking tools.

I feel like the location is near to every place we want to go. It is only 15 minutes by walking to Souq Thulathaa and another few minutes to The Art Street. Abha has good weather so it is very encouraging and healthier to walk. There are many establishments nearby like groceries, fruit and vegetable shops, barber shops (many!), restaurants, and coffee shops. By the way, this property has a beautiful coffee shop located on the rooftop and open until 3 AM. We enjoyed the view there at night although it was very cold. They have very, very friendly staff, especially the caring lady who took our order and handed us a couple of blankets. May God bless her! The room we have is fine with size for our family of 5. There is a kettle that we need to clean. There is an electric stove and refrigerator too. Plates and cups are there but we didn't bother to use them.

The TV had only 16 channels which was disappointing. The clothes locker need to be cleaned. The water strength was poor in my room. There was no microwave in the kitchen.

The staff very gentle. The room was spacious with good value against cost. Good TV size. They provide me HDMI cable so i can connect my laptop with and play movies. There was big trash bucket in the kitchen.

There was no towel or soap on the room. This was the only bad thing. I called recepction and they delivered within 10 minutes.

The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The building did not have any noise and the check-in process was fast.

I am always a little concerned about the cleanliness of bedsheets and although they looked clean, I was just unable to use it. The extra mattress provided was very thin and not much comfortable.

Excellent location. Many facilities and recreational areas nearby. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building seemed newly constructed so it was clean and well maintained.

The window in my room was blacked out. The bed is a little too soft for my liking. No cafe that opens early in the area, I had to take a taxi.

My room was facing the back street so it was very quiet. The rooftop bar has a great view on the green mountain. There are a few restaurants nearby

The carpets in the bedrooms were very old and not compatible with the cleanliness of the apartment. The towels were not present in the apartment but were supplied on demand. The towels were not as clean as expected. The bed sheets were perhaps not changed as there were hair strands and some stains present. some utensils could be added in the kitchenware. In the bathroom there was a little water logging in the shower area which gives a bad impression. Overall the cleanliness needs the attention of the management.

The location was excellent with services like baqala, cafeteria and laundry services just nearby. The restaurants were also present at walking distances. The rooms were of good size. The staff behavior at the reception was excellent. The price also was good. A specious apartment with big refrigerator and small kitchenette.

in the booking it said there is a balcony in the apartment but there wasn’t, there was not water boiler or microwave

window didnt close fully so we heard noise from the street, but we were tired to we anyway slept well one of the bathrooms was actually a toilet with shower so if you use shower all toilet is wet... in other one the drain was not in the shower but in the middle of bathroom, so all floor was wet after shower

No soundproofing in the door to the room. If there's noisy guests you'll be woken up.

There are no sinks in the toilet. The small toilet and bath was not really cleaned properly as there are hairs on the wall. Kitchen does not have pots and pans.

Checking in is fast and efficient. Place is really quiet and no noise in the other nearby apartments. Area is big size. Things are easy to access.
