Gym and wellness is written to close at 11pm but staff will tell you to leave by 10pm to close. The apartment design is just nonexistent. Rather sad-looking place but OK for comfort. Gets the job done for a work trip.

everything room size , staff , quiet, clean, location, if you tired you can get free massages on the lobby sofa massage thanks to Mr.Mahammad Ali and Mr.Ahmed and forgiving me if I forget the name of the other 2 Saudi persons at the reception i used to stay at LA, California accommodation and was quit good experience, in this accommodation Dar Hashim its exceeds the other internationals one ,

everything its impacts the Saudi culture , good job keep going in such quality services . thank you

-There is a mosque right next to the apartment unit so early at 4:45am that you could hear the calling, which is understandable!

-One-bedroom apartment is very comfortable and clean with a lot of space for a couple. Two flat screen TVs, 1.5 bathroom rooms, kitchen is simple but has enough to cook, refrigerator and washing machine etc... which is suitable for long stay. -Hotel staff are very nice and polite; we had a unit at the end of the hallway since we asked for a very quiet room which we very appreciated the efforts. -During the Ramadan, the hotel provides Tea & Coffee with dates between 4pm and 4am (while normal days between 10am and 10pm). We had our daily tray delivered to our door step every day, which is very nice! -Location is okay, with a Tamimi supermarket 700 meters away with some fast-food joints in the same parking area. City center is about 20min drive with Taxi, Riyadh railway station is about 20kms away (or 50+mins drive depending on the traffic) -Gym is small but has enough equipment, business center with printer. -Very good internet.

Although there were 2 TV sets in the apartment, there was very few options for channels. Some of them were not even clear broadcast

Everything in the hotel was great. We got a one bedroom apartment. The place was sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable. It has a one a half bath, with a nice shower.The kitchen has electric stove top, a microwave and a kettle. The fridge size is good.The kitchenware, silverware and countertops were clean and ready to be used. Not even speck of dust on them. Location is really good. Near by the highway and close to shopping center. Many dining options available in the neighborhood.

Some guests were smoking where they shouldn't be, perhaps more observations by housekeeping to let reception know.

Hotel Staff very nice and caring. Mohammed was helpful and humorous during our stay. Rooms are very good sizes with good kitchen facilities. TV in both living room and Bedroom which is rare for local serviced hotel apartments in Riyadh. Nice bathroom where shower water doesn't go everywhere and there was a second toilet in a one bedroom flat. Basement floor had gym sauna and a nice hot pool large enough for leisure but not swimming. Location is very good for most place in Riyadh and only 20 to 25 mins away from airport. Daily cleaning was good and consistent.

Place some hanging hooks in toilets for towels and clothes.

They are providing great services and rooms are spacious and big. The staff specially Mr. Khalid from the reception is very polite and supportive gentleman. I highly recommend for the families with small kids or toddlers, as small kitchen provides electrive stove, microwave and many more facilities. Will book again in future.

Only the bathroom is small, and the bowl and sink is too near to each other. Like when you seat on the bowl, it's like the sink is just infront of my face. 😅
