Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Russia1) In our room, the bath door was not working properly; however, it has been fixed fastly once we called the hotel personnel. 2) There was a problem with TV that was not fixed during stay in hotel.
The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. SPA facilities were also great, especially hamam 🙂 The crew was polite and helpful!

Really nice and friendly personnel, they were super helpful , and the location is great! I mean it's more a 4 stars by eu standards, buts it's still nice :)

SwedenIt was written in the information that children are not allowed to the SPA after 6PM when we were there it was children at around 8 pm when i asked the guy at reception why children are there and making noise. he became angry and said that it is not question to him and i need to take it with SPA personal. when i went to SPA personal they just ignored me. then i understood that it was children to staff (to people who work there) is it really 5 stars hotel? when receprionist is angry and rules for guests are not the same as rules for its own personal? i thought it was very bad! they do not follow their own rules.
it is not 5 stars but i would say that price i paid (discounted) was fine.

lovely hotel, not my first stay, however this time hotel had building works going on during the whole time I was there and constant all day drilling sounds were very unpleasant. Not mentioned at the time of booking, just when I checked in, at which point I was stuck. Normally facilities are good and accommodation is spacious.
