Beds are very comfortable and big in size. Room is super clean, staff is very friendly. You get welcome drinks in a restaurant below the apartment. Highly recommend to eat in a restaurant! Wide selection of food and nothing to disappoint.

Villa 1927 was such a lovely retreat for us during our stay in Belgrade. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would have anticipated more city noise given the central location of this property, but our space was well insulated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. I can’t say enough about this place, would book it again in a heartbeat!

Exceptional room (we stayed in the family room 2 adults and 3 kids), parking was very helpful. The staff was very helpful both with checking in and recommendations. One of the nicest places we stayed at. Its a bit off center, but still walking distance.

One important issue, which they acknowledge in their profile, is that the hotel has no elevator and the rooms are located either in the first or in the second floor, so climbing stairs is a constant, also, the personal is very sympathetic, but they took too long to resolve the question of an air condicioner which was leaking condensation water, we had to act ourselves to prevent damage to their goods.

I was impressed with the hotel It is conveniently located close to several faculties of the University of Belgrade and at walking distance from touristic attractions and shopping áreas, the room is spacious and confortable and we (me and my family) enjoyed greatly

Location - not great, but the local cab service that runs in Belgrade (Cargo) is quite handy and cabs dropped and picked from in front of the hotel which made it very convenient. So nothing negative really.

It is a tiny hotel, with spacious lovely decorated rooms which are immaculately clean. The staff at the little concierge at the ground floor is very helpful and always smiling. The wifi is great, TV in both rooms (we were in a family room), big bathroom with a great shower and a balcony to the room for evening teas. In all, excellent hotel. Bear in mind there are no lifts and the hotel has 2 floors, so you might find yourself dragging up suitcases - it didn't put us off though! :)

Cosy, clean, comfortable room. You can find everything you need here (tea, coffee, water, even toothbrush, sewing and shaving kit :)). Underground parking slot nearby. City center is approx. 45min (3 km) away by walk. We enjoyed this stay.

Everything was nice, the only thing is that the tram is quite noisy.

Good location, beautiful hotel with a pub/ restaurant where you can eat phantastic serbian dishes and very nice a la carte breakfast. We could park our rented bicycles in the close- by car park, which was very kind. Good air condition. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Oh, I did not test the breakfast... no opinion on that. Yes, actually maybe I am not used to electronic code locked doors, all worked well on that, a good solution. Ok, the parking lot in the garage is with a car elevator, all worked well, but it was my first time in such thing...

Communication with the owner was easy via WhatsApp (roaming....), and as on my drive to Belgrade thunderstorms made my trip much longer I arrived later than expected. And there was a solution--- The restaurant staff of the restaurant with the same name in the building was very helpful with assisting my late arrival and for accessing the garage for parking the car.... The rooms are situated in an older building, atmosphere kept but perfect renovated. Preparation of the invoice was without any challenges. There is a close by public parking garage, that is also fine. The surrounding housing is very nice as well, but the Ruzveltova is in permanent change, a lot of restaurants recently here... For me the city centre was in walking distance, but, yes, it will take you 30 min to get to the very centre. Yes, busses etc... but with taxoi drivers I have to thank the owner for ordering me a taxi, because when I took one myself I was cheated with a number of tricks at the same time (i am experienced!)

There are basically no common areas (lobby) in the building.

Facilities are quite new and receptionist is very polite and available to help. The restaurant in ground floor is very convenient (and food is very good)
