The location is very central. The hotel is very good. I have stayed with my family. The staff is very lovely and she is very kindful and helpful. Next time, we will definitely stay here again.

Mrs Ana at the reception is one of the kindest and most accomodating hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The rooms are comfortable, clean, well equiped and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent and the food at the Uprava is superb!

The rooms were cleaner than most of five star hotels. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. They answered all our questions. The location of the hotel was perfect. You can arrive at most of the attraction points of the city in less than ten minutes by bus or thirty to forty minutes by walking.

Since our room was located above the restaurant, music could be heard on Saturdays, though only until 12:00 a.m.

We stayed at Villa 1927 and were very satisfied with our experience! We’re happy to share our impressions. 1. Rooms: The rooms were very clean, with pleasant bedding and a comfortable bed. The furnishings were very convenient, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything needed, including toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials. 2. Food: Breakfast can be ordered at the restaurant on the ground floor. However, since smoking is allowed in the restaurant, we preferred to order food to our room and enjoy breakfast there. 3. Location: The hotel has a convenient location, with transport nearby to reach any desired destination. 4. Service: Special thanks to the staff! Maître d' Ana was incredibly welcoming, and Una answered all our questions via chat at any time. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gift we received for our wedding anniversary (we informed them in advance). The service left the brightest and most positive impressions!

Easy out of hours access, safe in a great central location with a lovely bar and restaurant next door at reasonable prices and good selection. The friendly staff went out their way to accommodate and give hints on sightseeing and attractions in Belgrade. The room was very large with the most comfortable bed and tea, coffee making facilities. Great wifi and TV channels. Bathroom fully stocked with all you need and a really strong hot shower. i believe the property to be recently renovated and it certainly looked it.

You could say it was a bit loud because it’s located at an main street. But that‘s what one gets if he likes to stay near the center I guess

Room looked very cool. Parking was very nice and easy. Just stayed there for a night to watch a football game. For me it was great. The staff was available 24/7 and provided assistance when needed. Communication was very easy✌🏼

My family and I stayed at Villa 1927 when we visited Belgrade to watch the Champions League game between Crvena Zvezda and Barcelona. There’s only positive things to say about this accommodation – our apartment was clean and had all necessities provided. The building is beautiful both inside and outside – I really liked how it was renovated as well as the fact that you can still see details from its original look from the late 1920s. We’ve been to Belgrade numerous times before, but this is by far the most interesting place we’ve stayed at. The lady at reception was very sweet!

Villa 1927 was such a lovely retreat for us during our stay in Belgrade. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would have anticipated more city noise given the central location of this property, but our space was well insulated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. I can’t say enough about this place, would book it again in a heartbeat!

Exceptional room (we stayed in the family room 2 adults and 3 kids), parking was very helpful. The staff was very helpful both with checking in and recommendations. One of the nicest places we stayed at. Its a bit off center, but still walking distance.
