Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
Politically sensitive comments
Promotional content
Illegal activities
Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
Spam and fake content
Animal cruelty
Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Elevator was not working when we arrived so it was not pleasant to bring suitcases on 6 floor by stairs. Apartment 4 needs some small fixing. Glass door doesn’t look safe, shelf above tv also. In bathroom ventilation doesn’t work, toilet seat is broken, bathroom faucet splashing water everywhere. Fix this and it will be perfect.
Location is perfect, near Sava Center what was important to us. Price is the lowest in that area. Owner gives clear instructions how to get to apartment

We did not have a dining table, but for a few days stay during travel I guess it is ok since you mostly eat out.
Easy access to both building entrance and the room itself via passcodes. For a few days stay it is nice value for money. Location is great, rooms are decent sized and it was clean.

This is nothing bad about host or apartment, but rather advice to future guests:
Please dont make mistake I made and make sure to put in correct adress :) I got lost more than once, and had no internet to check properly. Only because of helpful host I found my apartment.
Apartment was really nice, clean, and comfortable. Host is super-helpful and nice. Great comminication, great apartment, great bang for buck.

Great place in Belgrade neighbourhood. Easy to reach and very comfortable. If you are visiting concerts, Sava Center and Arena are on the walking distance.

Pretty clean and cosy but in my apartments locker near the entrance was almost unclosable :) Doors in shower cabin also needs the repair.
Convenient place in Novy Beograd as from there it is pretty simple to reach center (with several buses and trams) and airport as well (almost straight highway). Our host Valerijan met me on car from Central Bus Station even at night (about 22) and we made the mandatory registration in police that day also.
Flat is pretty cute though several furniture need repairment but it was not essential while living there. Also in the shower cabin it's needed to make doors more waterproof to not pour water on the floor.
Liked additional room before apartments entrance it's like a vestibule from main stairs.

The apartment is just what I needed. Everything is as described and shown at the photos. I had a surgery in Medgroup hospital - was looking for a comfortable staying nearby. They have all you need - kitchen, utensils, TV, frigde, comfy bed, shower, nice view is as a bonus.
Nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, green parks, pharmacies, everything you can think of. In the same building there is a bookshop Bela Vrana with books and games in Russian.

Excellent location.
Would be more than open to using the same accommodation again. It is in New Belgrade but super close (less than five minutes walk) to so much public transportation which is great on multiple counts. For me I think this was particularly great as I can see tourists not venturing outside of the old town once they are there.
The apartment was ideally suited for us too as we had an event in the Sava convention centre.

The apartment is insufficiently equipped. The furniture is there, nothing is missing. But, some basic things that are implied in the airbnb concept, coffee, tea, sugar.... there is no such thing….
