I didn't like the behavior of the Chinese at breakfast, they burped. no one paid them any attention. it was impossible to eat like that. the lady who was cleaning the plates took the plate from under my nose without asking if she could, I had food on my plate and I wanted to finish it.

Breakfast could be better. Only one selection of bread. Although great to have parking, it was a bit confusing. Hard to hear when they spoke from video/doorbell when you are so close to the road and cars driving by.

Had room 202. Perfect location in the city. No noise from traffic outside. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great to have parking.

The hotel has lots of rooms while the number of the parkink places not enough and they have no other offer for parking. Of course if you undarstand cyrillic letters...maybe you will find a free lot, but honestly, the hotel is in the city center and you can only leave your car in garage for extra charge. We were upset, cause the recepcionist do not inform us well about the parking, so we lost 40minutes. :(

They started to clean the rooms very early every day so you can’t sleep, there is a noise. The breakfast wasn’t good, it was a poor breakfast (not enough food, the quality is not great and the selection was poor) and there some people from the reception that their behaviour was not nice.

We reserved a room with a parking sport almost three months before our arrival date. However, we didn't know that we need to write to the hotel that we need this spot in particular. When we arrived, we were "surprised" that we don't have a parking reservation and we had to arrange this inconvenience after long and exhausting travelling and awful heat in Belgrade. The receptionist was kind but we had an argument with the manager (a rude lady) which told me that it is written with the small print BEFORE reserving our room that the spot should be reserved in advance. Well, when you are searching for a place to stay and you reviewed about 15 hotels, do you actually remember the small print before reserving? The hotel is sending an automatic "Welcome" message, it is recommended to send another one or to use the same one and mention this detail about the spot. The guest which arrived before us were sent to a public parking, 300-400m distance from the hotel which isn't a good option at all especially when it is 40 degrees outside and you are carrying your luggage. At the end, we received a spot after 15-20 minutes conversation with the manager and stress for me.

Location is very good, staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and there is a storage space with a big wardrobe in front of the bathroom which is very convenient. Breakfast had everything necessary for us.

There was quite a lot of unpleasantness. Because of business travel I spend a lot of time in hotels, I have a basis for comparison. I will look for another option next time.

I loved how convenient it was to explore the nearby attractions without having to worry about long commutes. Another big plus for me was the availability of parking. Belgrade can be tricky when it comes to parking, so having a secure and easily accessible parking option was a huge relief. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We missed coffee, cause we are coffee lovers. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal base for your stay.

Overcrowded for breakfast. Guests are allowed to smoke elektronic cigarets in a non-smoking area which is a disaster for pregnant women and kids. The entry in the garage is on the bulevard and they are confirming the reservation on the ramp for 15min while you are blocking the road, really need to improve this confirmation process.

Location is excelent, the facility is clean and tidy.

Though we had a confirmed parking spot in the underground garage and received nice video instructions about accessing it, upon arrival there was a little chaos - the underground garage was full and we were requested to park on the open air parking lot, which was not a problem, just a bit lately communicated - we needed to reverse from the garage when told by the staff about this situation. The TV was not working and we were told by the reception that it is only a temporary problem and they had a promise of the service man to come to fix it... However, the result for us was no TV during our stay. Again, not a big deal, but... The third issue appeared in the morning when coming to the breakfast - we were told by the receptionist that they had some problem in the kitchen, so there is no hot breakfast ready yet, only the cold buffet. They needed to bring the hot stuff from "another place"... The receptionist apologized and the hot breakfast arrived in about 30 minutes... So the result was ok, just a bit unpleasant again...

Nicely renovated and clean interior, very good location just 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Possibility of sale parking.
