On the downside, the garage was a bit of a hassle. It's quite small and tight, and if you park in the spot closest to the wall, you can’t open one of the car doors, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there’s no elevator connecting the garage to the hotel, so carrying luggage and other items up the stairs was a bit of a struggle. During our stay, there was a power outage for about 1.5 hours, which left us without electricity and, more importantly, without heating in the room. Since we were traveling with a baby, this was quite uncomfortable. However, once the power was restored, the hotel staff quickly provided a portable heater, which was a helpful solution under the circumstances. Another issue was with the heating system in the larger part of the room. Unlike the smaller room, which had a more manageable heating system, we couldn’t manually adjust the temperature in the bigger area, making it hard to maintain a comfortable environment. Despite these setbacks, the staff were helpful and did what they could to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the location and room size, but there are a few areas that could use some attention to improve the overall experience.

The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to move around and feel comfortable. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a busy day. Cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room and bathroom being spotless. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short 4-5 minute walk to the Belgrade Arena, making it perfect for attending events or exploring the area.

hotel is located very good in New Belgrade so you can easily go to any part of the city. Rooms have a lot of space and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The location is good for visiting the industrial area and quite close to the airport. Being the first time in Belgrade I should have stayed closer to the city center though..

Modern and well equipped Hotel. The room has everything you need on a business trip. Bed and bedroom comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast I liked exceptionally. There was lots of choices incl. local specialties, not just the typical hotel breakfast.

No issue at all - Check-in could have been just a little more fluent since I provided all details through booking.com.

Large and comfortable room, cosy bathroom. Breakfast with extraordinary choice of local specialities, cheeses, sweets, fruit selection, warm, cold, and everything from continental breakfast. You don't find such variety in the Western countries. There was a large group having breakfast, yet none of the plates were empty.

Smoking is allowed inside the hotel near the lobby, very close to the table we sit for breakfast, that was not pleasant (anyway we found out that smoking is allowed in all restaurants, so that's something general, not only about that hotel)

The location was very convenient for us, the staff was very polite and quick. Breakfast is from 6:30, which is great for business hotel, the food was various and delicious.
