Very big room with balcony, spacious toilet. Clean and quiet. It feels very warm inside. Perfect for a relaxing night.

We could check in earlier and the staff was really friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, near the autogara bus station. The hotel is situated in the district Militari, underground station and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. For a short stay in Bucarest to visit the city it was very good.

The staff was nice and helpful, and answered quickly when problems arose. The problems were fixed within the hour, so I have no complaints. It is not a luxurious place, but it's close to the Militari bus station, which was a plus for us, this is why we booked it.

Some waiting time was necessary to get hot water in the shower.

Personel is really kind. Well spoken English. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable.

There should be telephone at the upper floor room.

The staff at the reception where great. I checked in at 4:30 am and I asked about the breakfast and the receptionist told me it is bacon based breakfast since she noticed I am a Muslim and I appreciated her comment. I had a problem with my room and upon telling the reception, the guy changed for me at once.

The room wasn't very clean 😔 and this was a bit of an unpleasant surprise for me because this was the third time staying here and this wasn't an issue before. The fridge was dirty and smelled funny, the curtains were torn, and the floor had food on it from the previous guests 😔😔😔

The staff is very polite and nice, they smile and make you feel welcome. The price is very good and the location is perfect for us because it's close to the metro station and we don't like driving through Bucharest 😂 The parking is cheap and even if you check out and need to keep the car there a little longer, it's no problem. The breakfast is good and the room in confortabile and quiet.

The property will need redecorating

The property is in a good location and easily accessible for the bus and Metro( train) into the city centre. The breakfast is basic but good. The staff were all very nice and helped us with finding our way the first couple of days.

The WiFi in the ground floor rooms. Some small details in the bathroom(e.g. towels rails, soap tray in the shower).

The breakfast is very good. Also, the existence of a balcony and the spaciousness of the room are very positive and attractive elements for the choice of this hotel.

the hotel is next to an auto shop,sometimes a lot of cars block the street.

The shower cabin was leaking water, and the AC broke in 35 degrees it was awful, the room was so small we couldn't properly open our suitcases

Checkin in a shambles. No-one at the desk or answering the bell. 15mins to browse someone. Car park used as a car repair shop in the evenings. Breakfast very poor. Staff, when they could be found, unhelpful. No facilities, no bar just a vending machine blocked by vacuum cleaners. A grudging 3.
