The communication with Andreea was excellent. Prompt responses. She gave great suggestions for eating establishments. The lady who met us was prompt and very courteous with good command of English. She gave us a good overview of facilities and importantly where to leave key on departure. We really appreciated Andreea notifying us in advance of roof repair work scheduled on the back property. However it definitely did not impact quality of our stay. The location is superb! Across the road to main thoroughfare of Old Town. The quality of furnishings and layout of studio is fantastic. Every contingency considered right up to micelles water to remove makeup with large pack of wipes rounds😊 Good range of shower products. Plenty towels! Oh so comfy bed! Despite being on ground level facin the street it was super quiet so has good sound proofing. Walking distance to most attractions. Do not hesitate to book!

Additionally, the owner's warm and welcoming demeanor added to our delightful experience. The location is located in the center of Brasov and to easily access all the old town.

A very nice and close to the old city centre, just 3 min by foot. Very cosy room, kitchen and bathroom had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and warm apartment. The host was very friendly.

I liked everything...the attention to detail (not only that the place looks amazing, but it has everything you need), the fact that it felt very cosy, the location (close to restaurants, mini- markets, coffe shops, Brasov Old town), easy to comunicate with the owner! Finding a parking spot was not difficult. Strongly recommend to book this studio for your next trip to Brasov!

All perfect, I really appreciated all the attention to any details in the design of the location. The host is always ready to answer if you have questions and is very attentive. You get used to the comfortable feeling to know where you are going and that all is solved from accommodation perspective :)

I stayed here before and return for working remote. Hope to come back soon :) Same top level host communication, best location for short walk to old city center, great facilities, all you need you will find it in this apartment (even if you want to cook :)). Coffee machine much appreciated for early work boost. This remains one of my favorites locations in Brasov, especially if you want to be close to old city center and to not use a car around. You can just park on the long street where you stay and pay with TPark app and forget about it, walk around everywhere.

The location is perfect for easy short walk in straight line and be right in the old city center. The host is very friendly and attentive and open to answer your question anytime, we felt very welcome. We appreciated the efforts put in decorations, furniture, appliances and the quality of visible investments in the location. Even if at ground floor and the windows facing the street, there is a good sound isolation and there is no problem from this perspective. Bed is very large and comfortable. If you intend to cook you will also have the kitchen necessary items and a large refrigerator. No problems from heating and hot water perspective, facility has its own central heating installed. Ironing possible if you need it, very useful if you are there for business meetings :) Regarding parking, if you are not lucky to find any free place in the proximity, just go ahead on the one way street and not far you can see a sports base followed by the parking where the road to Tampa cable car is starting. We found it easier to find a parking there. Advising install the Tpark app. Uber/ Bolt very easy to use if needed. Overall, very impressed by the location, looking forward to our return.

The property was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfy bed, fireplace, own heating, clean and spacious bathroom, everything was exceptional. Kitchen with coffee machine and everything you need. Great value for the money. I definitely recommend it and it will be our go to place when going to Brasov. Also, it's very close to the city center, 2 min walk.

Easy communication with the host and quick check-in process once arrived at location. The studio is located very central just 2 min away from Black Church and even thought the building front side and the gate seems very old, the entire studio is totally on the opposite, with very nice modern decoration and furniture, with everything you could need for a stay. Bed very confortable, towels and various consumables, cosmetics have been provided, including coffee. The studio was very clean and quiet at night or during the day (with windows shut). Finding a parking space close to location can be challenging sometime.
