There was nothing that we didn’t like. A suggestion to the owner: a kettle in the kitchen as well as a small garbage bin and a foot stool in the toilet room (makes the toilet business much easier for kids) would make this property perfect, from our point of view.

Apartment as advertised. Great (online) interaction with owner. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, no tobacco smell, all facilities in working order. Coffee maker available. Appreciated the coffee pods and instant coffee options. Nice touch with the 1 L water bottle in the fridge. The apartment has its own heating and cooling options. Loved the large shower! Parking available at all times near-by. Access to the beach extremely easy and close to the property. We ordered in or dined out, but the apartment has all the necessary utensils for basic cooking. There is even a dishwasher. The entire apartment was designed with taste. We noticed it and appreciated it. The views of the Black Sea are stunning, even after the seeing it dozens of times before. The large beach beside the property was preparing to offer a few beach playground options for families with kids.

The location is excellent, it is situated literally meters away from the beach. Close to a bunch of interesting locations, such as Delfinariu, lacul Tabacariei, even Mamaia if you're into that :) The apartment is very spacious and welcoming, the kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped, and the balcony is the cherry on top, as you can have your morning coffee or evening tea looking at the sea and feeling the breeze. Even if we didn't meet face to face (we talked via whatsapp), the host was very kind and helpful, and made us feel relaxed and at home. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, with no worries and no troubles

The water in the shower didn't have a consistent temperature, changing from barely warm to very hot all the time.

I don't think we were aware of the 109 steps one needs to go down on a narrow staircase to get to the beach.

The apartment was great! 8th floor, spacious balcony, sea view, huge windows to enjoy the view, comfortable beds, one smaller than the other though, air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher...we couldn't open the key box at arrival, apparently the key inside was blocking the ledge from inside...within 5 mins of us communicating the problem, someone came, and another 20 mins a second person arrived with another key, so we could get in while they took the key box apart. Great service and communication. Thank you!

There is almost nothing to criticize, the place is wonderful. The only reason to give it a 9/10 (actually more of a 9.5) is that some things were missing in the kitchen (ideas to improve): things like a bread knife, water kettle, kitchen towels, tabs for dish washer and wash machine. By adding some small basics to the kitchen it would be really perfect.

The apartment is brilliant, it is quite so you only hear the sounds of the sea and the waves. The view is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and large. The common area is good to cook and eat together. There was a coffee machine with some coffee pads, perfect for a wonderful start in the morning. Everything is modern. And we could use the small sofa bed as child bed for our little 2y girl. All in all we loved to stay there and would have wished to stay longer. FYI - outside area (beside the beach) is okay, but not very lively. Basic shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery) are about 5-8 mins away, that is great.

The location was truly magnificent! Waking up with the view of the sea everyday was an amazing experience! The apartment is very pretty itself, very well equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, clean and well prepared for our arrival. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Constanca for both work and leisure.

when I saw the pictures on booking I loved the place, when I arrived inside the apartment was even better than in the pictures! the view from all the rooms is spectacular- you hear the sea from the apartment and it’s such a joyful experience to be in a place like you’re at home, it has everything you need to call it home for the period you’re staying in, the owner is so helpful- responding almost instantly to my questions (which I didn’t expect as it was late in the evening). close by there’s an incredible beautiful restaurant with friendly staff, delicious food and a terrace. was hard to go out of the apartment because this place it’s got the best view in Constanta. the whole building looks brand new, very good quality, 2 lifts for each floor , going to the beach is a very short walk to touch the sand and get your feet into the sea. i look forward to coming back soon! thank you from all my heart for making my stay so welcoming and comfortable. by the way, they were even 2 bottles of water in the fridge with some sweets - it simply melt my heart feeling how much effort and love they put into welcoming the guests in this apartment.
