Central location, at the same time quiet. Restaurant just downstairs, supermarkets close by as well. Staff was nice and allowed me to store my luggage after checkout!

The parking was quite narrow, but I got help from the receptionist! And please, bring a larger TV.

Very good location, close to the Old City and some shopping. Pretty tasty breakfast. Seems that they are working on reopening the main restaurant.

I ordered 3 rooms with double bed. One of them was with separate beds without the option to bring them closer, but finally the guy from the reception helped us and we got a room we ordered.

The location is excellent in the heart of the city. Is a restaurant in the hotel so you can meet with friends and have a snack or coffee without leaving the hotel. The closed parking at the back of the hotel is a huge advantage!

The hotel could use some minor renovations. The floor in my room was creaking pretty load.

The location is very close to the center. The staff members were helpful and kind. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

One of staff from restaurant was not helpfull rude when I asked her to come to take order. I understood the situation that she was alone with people but you don’t speak with customers like that. If you are busy tell to your boss to hire more people.

The room's wall could have another paint at somewhere but it's still ok. There was only one tiny bin in the bathroom for the whole room.

The hotel has literally the perfect location. It's an extra you can leave your car at a safe parking zone for 50lei/night. The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway. It has a super cute yard where you can have your breakfast.

Very noisy rooms because of the restaurant in the inner courtyard. The beds were small and the pillows were awfull, so overall it was hard to have a decent sleep. Breakfast was only until 10:00 even if almost everyone in the hotel were there for the festival and they were returning home to have a sleep around 5-6 in the morning. The room prices during the festival are at least 3 times more than a regular night, but this is common for all Cluj acommodations. The issue was that when asking for a late checkout the price was half a night, but applied to that huge price even the festival was over. I'd say poor management, so we gave up.

We were here for the Untold festival. The location is great, only 10min walk to the park where the festival is. The bathroom was newly renovated so it was very nice and clean.

Standard buffet breakfast, but limited sweet options. AC working fine, but pointed directly to the bed, so difficult to sleep with it turned on.

Perfect position in the city center. Fenced parking (although small for the eight places). Simple and old style furniture. bathroom ok. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean.

The so called minibar with only one product , bottle of water, with no list of prices. At the reception desk I have learned it was 9 Lei. At the airport Otopeni it's 9, 50 Lei. Here you have to drink it tosee the price..

Cheap, dated and shabby interior, very uneven staff. Front desk was kind and helpful but breakfast attendant was dour and un inviting and reacted defensively rather than showing concern or interest when we mentioned that the milk from the buffet seemed off. Breakfast buffet was meager and some of the items seemed expired.

Occasionally a bit of unwanted noise overnight !?

Good variety of nutritious food , suiting all tastes and appetites. The second morning I would have preferred to have a few different choices, but there was plenty to choose from.

The rooms are a little dated and the shower curtain was missing from the over bath shower which meant that the bathroom got soaked every day. The tea and coffee making facilities were poor with no mugs,coffee or normal teabags.

The Hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of Cluj-Napoca. Being on the ground floor meant we could sit outside on the terrace in the evenings. The food from the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Parking was a little problematic at first as had to discover where the actual car park was & then gain access. Was out one day & they wanted us to move the car, as some building work obstructed & restricted parking on site. If you have big or large car the manoeuvring it about in the car park can be hazardous, but thankfully staff are on hand to assist.

Breakfast was very good, but if you were not quick then some items were not made available as it seemed that it was first come first served. Location suited our needs being centrally positioned and close to local facilities etc.. Made the mistake of booking twin not double, but being 'fully booked' were not able to accommodate a change - lesson learnt.

It is in a main street so occasionally you might hear cars going by even at night.

Perfect location by the old town. So easy to explore and close to any restaurants and museums. Airport bus stop is close. Decent breakfast with a local twist. Room was spacious.
