Tomis' Dreams is very well located, right in the old town of Constanta, on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafe's and ice cream shops. The room was spacious, with an interesting décor. We had a small balcony we could sit on and enjoy ourselves. On the top floors there are large common terraces where you could sun bathe or barbecue. There is no reception, the hotel has self check-in. However, from the moment we booked our room we were in constant contact with the staff. We received very detailed information about the hotel, our stay and how to check in. They were very friendly and accommodating.

The stairs might be difficult for older people but we had no problems.

What a great surprise on entering the building. Beautifully decorated room. Whoever decorated this whole building has great ideas and great taste. Everything is new. Perfect location in the centre of the old town but also very quiet. The roof terrace is very cool. Definitely the best accomodation we have had in Romania and we will stay here again next time we are in Constanta.

Large room, chic design in a beautifully restored historical building. The host was very kind and always ready to answer my questions/requests. There's a reserved parking space which comes in very handy considering the pretty crowded area. The location is surrounded by places you can go out to and eat or you can just walk and enjoy old-town Constanta. The owner is worthy of admiration for breathing life into a historical building that was so meticulously designed and crafted ages ago.

Modern, comfortable, huge room right in the centre of the old town. Quiet at night. Access to rooftop terrace with city and sea view. Electronic/remote check-in worked smoothly. Nice touch of having a coffee machine in the room.

There's nothing that bothered us during our short stay

The wifi was at time a little weak..and the fridge made sounds which for the early disturbs sleeper can be..disturbing. But for those who sleep heavy I don’t think it would be an issue

The room is nicely designed, high ceilings, spacious and cleans and the best location. I loved sitting on the balcony and watch people pass by.

Everything was great.

Everything was amazing, the room, the location, the owner. The room we stayed in was perfect for 2 people. It was clean and very tasteful decorated. We had fresh water every day and great coffee. The owner Madalina was very nice and accommodating and allowed us to get a late check out. The rooftop has a great view if you either decide to hangout at nighttime or watch the sunset/sunrise. The location is great, right in old town close to the bistros and close to the beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

The accommodation has a modern design, it is recently renovated, everything is brand new and functional, super clean. The personal is kind and helpful. The location is in the city centre, close to beach, restaurants and city attractions. The accommodation has two terraces with gorgeous sea and city view. Actually, we stayed in 4 different rooms and all are meeting the expectations, especially the queen and king rooms, really spacious and comfy. I totally recommend this accommodation for a romantic escape or for a relaxing holiday. :)

Honously I couldn't find anything to nag about. And I'm picky..

The rooms were surprisingly comfortable and decorated with smartness and elegance.My stay included different rooms.The location couldn't be better.. Roof top area with view over Old town Tomi's. 1 minute walking distance to main square. Easy check in/out. Very friendly management and staff.

Great location, very clean and nicely decorated! We felt like home! Parking was available nearby, plenty of restaurants and shops around and we even had a view of the sea from our balcony! The roof terrace was amazing! I also liked the flexibility given by the system with entrance codes and the kindness of the staff.
