Honestly in my opinion i think this is a 3* hotel not 4 , a lot of things wrong and the breakfast is mediocre to decent.

I did like that the hotel has a swimming pool and sauna ( have to pay extra) and a salt room .

No bar, limited choices for breakfast and the hot food was never hot. The two waitresses were very lovely and accommodating. Sauna was locked and you have to pay 45 ron to gain access. Swimming pool was nice on the first day then we realised that the hotel rents the pool for lessons throughout every day which end at 8pm. Absolutely no use if you want to use it earlier or throughout the day. Booked a massage which ended up a fiasco. 15 minutes waiting for masseuse so had to go to reception where they apologised and then they found a man to massage me for 30 minutes. He definitely needed to lose the skin tag on his thumb as you could feel it all the time, not pleasant, he was obviously not trained in massage as it was just a rub on my back for 30 minutes. If it would have been good we certainly would have taken advantage of the on site service but it was not so we called it a day. The location is way out of town with zero places to go without an Uber, stayed most of the time in the town to return late as it was like a ghost hotel after the internal Clinique’s closed at 7. Such potential and probably very good in its day, now, not for us.

No help with the bags was offered, no ramp for the trolleys . We don't need phone in the bathroom and the shower doesn't have shower curtain to stop the water going on the floor. Also,the bath needs to be finished and the room was really cold.

The size of the room , the natural light and the cleaner made her job really well. The pool is amazing though the time for access needs a little more increased for residents

Breakfast quite poor, beside some cold appetizers, one could only get on demand just fried eggs or omelette. Although the room was quite big, the pieces of furniture were too close one to another making it difficult to move inside the room.

Hotel has a different name in reality then on booking. We were checked-in in a room with no electricity and had to move to a different room. The breakfast was poor.

A big soft cozy bed and a quite area let us sleep very comfortably.

It is a little out of city center,so plan this just to get some relax time. Restaurant is only opened for breakfast and it was a wait for food delivery as not that many services/ restaurants available in the area. No public transport available,but it is easy to get to the mall with a short taxi drive or a long walk.

This is a very nice hotel and they have great staff. Main purpose of business is wellbeing and recovery and they have massage, oxygen therapy, salt room (salt therapy) and pool. We managed to get in time to get a massage and enjoy in the evening the pool. As we only had 1 night it would have been nice if the pool hours were a little more flexible for hotel guest, with having maybe some hours in the morning like 6-8 am before the therapy session would start. At this time the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The food selection was really good and we would love to see this will open and offer full service again (closed during covid the lunch/dinner service). We would recommend to go to city center or the mall to have dinner/ lunch and this is a good excuse to explore the city as well :) Staff was amazing and assisted with booking the massage before our arrival.

The mattress needs urgently changed with the a new one…it was with the bumps.. For two nights it was very hard to sleep, because of the bumps in the mattress..

The hotel is easy to find and access off main roads in Galati. Parking available free of charge. Modest reception but very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms large, clean but simple.

-some parts of the location need renovation, or the place will lose its value in the near future -the breakfast could have a bigger variety of food -the massage and at least some of the medical facilities should be available over the weekend as well, if you want to attract more tourists at the hotel! Nothing available on Sundays, except the pool.

The room was outdated (just an example: internet cable instead of wifi) and with no fresh air (the window hadn't a mosquito net - and there were lots of mosquitos in the area)
