Towels were clean but smelled very chemical. The bathroom shower gel barely felt like soap but at least it was there.

• Squeaky wooden floor in the main room - a night trip to the bathroom can wake up others. • The staircase in the building is a bit dark and smells funny.

We had a little trouble picking up the keys to the apartment, as we could not contact the owner. Eventually we succeeded, and the owner explained the lack of coverage (there is no reason not to believe him, since the apartment was ready for our arrival).

Very nice, apartment in a good location. The building itself from the outside does not impress with its appearance, but you can not fault it - it is clean and quiet. The apartment itself is also very clean and practically furnished. Especially the kitchen - someone really thought about what you need when you stay one or two nights. In addition to glasses, plates, cutlery, etc., there were paper towels, pouches or foil for wrapping food. Also a coffee maker and enough coffee.

We had to wait a bit to get the keys, because we did not receive the message with the instructions to get into the apartment. The parking space for the apartment is marked with an X in the street of the apartment, but it is small for certain cars. The rest of the parking you have to pay 24 lei/day. It is not much, but the description of the apartment said free parking. I would explicitly specify this in the description of the apartment.

The apartment is very central, next to the city centre. It is an ideal spot to go with your partner. The apartment is very big, which makes it rather comfortable for stays of more than 1 night.

lacking a couple of things i.e. toaster and oven. the floor was quite slippery and squeaky. communication was a bit slow outside of the hour prior to check in.

location was great, decor was tasteful. comfortable bed, fantastic bath. easily heated, plenty of natural light, great value, and in general almost everything you need is there.

The location is very close to the city center. It has all the supplies you need. I, especially, liked that you could extend the couch and put it next to the bed to create a huge bed for us and our small children.

Parking is not reserved so you have to circle the area a bit to find a paid parking space, because it's so close to the center. The cleaning could have been improved a bit, but it did not involve... contact areas.

The property is just at POARTA SCHEI, so within (short) walking distance from the center. It's in a small block of flats, an older building, mostly rented, located on the top (3rd) floor. The room is quite large, decorated with a Russian-looking wallpaper that gives the flat an interbelic feeling. I slept like a baby in that place, undisturbed. The bathroom has a large tub. The kitchen is small but practical, the coffee is great.

First interaction with the door handler from bathroom was broken. One of the drawers from kitchen was broken in the past and fixed unprofessional. After I’ve done the check out, the owner call me to give me s*it why I’ve been using 3 duvet covers…let me explain here as well. We, as a couple, back home we are using 2 different duvet’s, 1 for each. The bed in this case had just the cover for mattress no other bed sheet on top of that, so we took one of the duvet covers that was extra in one of the drawers and use it as a bed sheet. (owner told us that the cover of the mattress is considered as bed sheet) For the other duvet that was in the closet, we used another duvet cover, so in total we had 2 duvet’s with covers and one cover used as a bed sheet. The owner was asking me what he will do now, because he will have other customers coming after us…so he will not have duvet covers for them, so apparently you have to ask for permission or not to use any of the extra things that he has in his house because he is not well prepared and calling customers to give them “banana” ( s*hit) and telling me that he is not using 2 different duvet’s back home…and I told him nicely that each person is different and have different life styles. He can clean the bathroom a little bit better as well. I traveled for more than 20 countries and this is the first time ever when i have an issue like this.

Very quiet area, all the facilities that you have available in the kitchen/bathroom, 50” TV screen, very close to Black Church and Piata Sfatului. Bed was very comfortable and warm inside.
