Nobody answered the phone in frontdesk while trying to let them know there is a party at the 8th floor. The faucets were outdated, barely working. first night not even soap and shower gel. 2nd night the cleaning service finaly provided everything. A lot of spots were the paint is chipped andat least my room was looking very tired.

All was ok, just a few maintenance issues around the room. But all in all good.

Location is great and we choose this hotel every time we are in Sibiu. the room is comfortable and breakfast is great. Parking garage is also a bonus for us. we appreciate the kindness of hotel staff.

Please build in proper doors for the bathrooms. It's horrible to hear every sound from there through that glass pane that seperates the toilet from the room. And one more thing: if you have shower gel dispensers, they should be filled, too. Ours were empty :( Very disappointing considering the price per night...

There was dust on the table and glass stains. The bathroom table also had some spots, signs that the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom sink was missing the sink stopper and the fauchet had black mold at the base. Again, signs of faulty cleaning. The fixed shower curtain didn't really stop the water at the base and all the water ended up on the floor and we had to throw an extra towel there. The air conditioning was not really working, it didn't cool the room, and we had to sleep with an opened window.

The staff was great and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The view from the window was also great from the 11th floor. Breakfast was also great with lots of options.

Room was big clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Wi-Fi good. TV channels via cable. Breakfast was OK with plenty variety of food.

Yeah, parking might sting a bit, but hey, it's downtown and your car is safe in a garage. Breakfast was decent, though the choices were a tad limited, more like a solid three-star vibe. And yeah, the toiletries weren't exactly top-notch four-star quality.

The hotel's in a good spot near all the tourist action. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, with a view of the mountains.

The atmosphere was a bit dark and it felt as if it was an abandoned hotel. It may be because we went there put of season, however i strongly believe that if it was a bit brighter, the overall feel would have been better.

The hotel has such a great potential to e a luxury hotel but the rooms are not well maintained at all! Lamps & light bulbs not working, windows that can't be opens since the handles are broken .... For such a big hotel only 1 out of 2 elevator was working! You're not able to take the elevator from one floor to another without the key for each floor! Terrible when the members of your party are on different floors!

Good breakfast & location, big rooms but not maintained at all. If felt like nobody is checking and taking care of this hotel anymore! I've stayed here many year ago when it was new, but not it looked worn-out!
