the room interior could do with a bit of a general upgrade although the beds were comfy.

The staff were very nice, breakfast was preset but a good selection.

Breakfast could have been a bit more consistent. There was something weird going on with the lights in our room. When you walked to the bathroom they would either turn on or off.

Personnel was very kind and understanding. Great with kids, they even have a small playground on the courtyard. Breakfast was also excellent. We might revisit sometimes later again.

In the bathroom we had a problem with a leak from a pipe that because of the very crowded weekend , they couldn't fix it, so was a smell inside . The ventilation hole is open in the big hallway .

Big , big room with balcony, good breakfast , they have also a restaurant and a new terrace. The guy from the bar ...super, makes tasty and picture like non - alcoholic coctails. The food also great. They also have parking inside that became insuficient if they have events . The young staff always trying to be nice.

The walls, fridge in the room was very dirty and the carpet is extremely used.

Sadly the restaurant was closed for the Easter weekend and there were no staff present at all.

A nice big room, big bathroom with lovely spa bath. Large covered balcony.

Despite having a 4 star restaurant, the breakfast was mediocre. We went to have breakfast at 9:30 and there was almost nothing left to eat.

Clean room, close from the city centre, great restaurant downstairs.

I asked in advance if the breakfast coul be vegan and they prepared an avocado salad only for me, which was nice.

Small renovations are needed-if i understood correctly these are planned in the near future.

The staff is great, restaurant food delicious and location in the city centre.

The rooms were not quite as expected. They were separated by a door and a curtain. Since we have two kids, we would have liked them to be completely separated, to avoid waking them up over night Also, when I comunicated over messages with the owner or the manager, they confirmed that I reserved two similar rooms and both had balconies, which was not the case, as only one had balcony. It was in fact an apartment, which was ok for us, but this is not what I expected. Olso, since when we arrived, there was a couple who were arguing about their rooms and the lady was pretty upset and disturbing, the owner/manager offerred us the next day's breakfast for free, but when we left, the person who charged us did not know about this arrangement and could not get him on the phone for confirmation, so we paid full amount. Pretty dissapointing from the communication point of view. The bathroom smelled pretty bad because they were old.

Noisy traffic noise. Room and upstairs lobby a bit dated. Need of modernisation. No English tea at breakfast ( Pg tips, typhoo, Yorkshire tea) just herbal and Earl Grey teas?, No instant coffee, just expresso small coffee cups Some loud party one night and cars clogging the car park. No escalator/lift

Off-road carpark, room had balcony, hot tub and fridge mini bar! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Only one thing, we ordered some lunch, and we knew it's gonna take a while, due to 2 big groups, but after 1h not even the drinks were brought...

The room is super big and clean, with a terrace where you have a table with some chairs. Breakfast is ok! The location is nice, around 10-15 min to city center. And free parking

cleaning is superficial, the noise from the street is disturbing if you are a lightsleeper, the furniture is old and broken and the mattress in room 2 is bad.
