The location was close to the clinic we went to - RoNeuro. It had 2 private parking yards, a good breakfast and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the city. The staff were very nice to us and assisted us with all of our needs. The gentleman from Reception had even given us an umbrella to take while going for a walk when he saw it was pouring outside - How thoughtful!

We really enjoyed the night spent in Pensiunea Cluj. The location of the accommodation is in a quiet area in the heart of the town , on top of a hill , close to the center. We stayed on the second floor and the view was beautiful. The room was clean , bathroom very big and modern , wifi available. The hospitality of the owners is remarkable, Breakfast was variated and fresh and the coffee excellent. We would highly recommend the pension and would be very happy to come back for a longer stay. Many thanks for hospitality to Cristina and father!

I wish I could have a coffee/tea in-room ( preferably) or at least in the common areas available for the guests. The breakfast is affordable, but basic, an omelet cold make a difference :) . The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear all neighbors (not sure if possible to do anything with it).

Great location and friendly staff. Good value for money. The rooms were comfortable and well climatized. The auto check-in is a very convenient option. Free parking is a great bonus too.

We could not find the street quickly because it looked like a private gate to pass.

It was not easy to find, because the street looks more like a private entrance, but we managed:-). We could park our car in front of the building. The door opens with a code we were sent by sms but we could not find where to tap the code. But there were people at the reception that helped us. When you know, it's very easy. And you don't have to carry a key. Beds were good, silent room, breakfast good. Very nice gentlemen made us a great cappuccino. WIFI was perfect

The place is a bit far from the city center, but the neighbourhood is quiet and the bus station is nearby if you don't want to do the 30 minute walk.

The room was spacious and very clean and the host was very welcoming. The price was also fair, we were lucky to reserve the last room pretty late in a very busy period with the Electric Castle festival when most available places had jacked up prices.

Nice and cozy room, digitized entries for building and room, which is always a plus, you don't have to worry about losing the keys. The view from our balcony was great, we could see the city and watch the airplanes arriving or departing from the airport, which was the higlight of my daughter's day. The reception staff was very nice and attentive, the breakfast was varied and tasty. Overall a very pleasant stay, we'll recommend it.

Straightforward communication and no interaction check-in and check-out. Very neat, clean and tidy. The walls between rooms are a little thin and you may hear if the other guests are loud, but silence period is in place in the evening and we had no issues with that.
