I didn t like the fact that the breakfast is served at 8.00 o clock instead of 7.30, in order to have time to get at the slope opening. Also a buss from the hotel at every 30 min would help to get you to the slopes

Both elevators are broken and you wait to long for getting one and get stuck bwcaisw the doors are not functioning properly.

The restaurant were we ate in the first 2 days it was closed by the consumer protection departament because they served expired foods.

The breakfast area lacks organization. Nobody asks for the room number, everyone enters directly. Some of the plates were empty and there were no refills. It is generally very crowded. Also, the pool area was full and i even asked beforehand if an appointment was needed for access it, but they said no. So when we tried to go one evening, the elevators were blocked and you could not go to the pool, because there were people refusing to leave after 3 hours (there is a piece of paper where it says you can only stay one hour). Concerning the room we stayed in, our sheet was deteriorated (had a hole in it), in the shower area you could see that the corners haven’t been cleaned in a while and there were places like the interior door of the dressing that were not dusted.

There is impossible to rate this hotel as a 4star hotel. The stairs and all comon spaces were really dirty-cleaning staff almost absent for these places, no toothpaste at the bath, only a small soap, no ceiling light apart from some lamps in the room.

Good location, the hotel has a pool, decent breakfast.

I asked for 2 regular glasses(not champagne, nor wine ones) in order to have a drink in the room and they said that they can't do that..being a 4 star hotel..

The shower water temperature was not getting hot enough in 2/3 occasions, just barely warm. The room was very slowly getting heated by the aid conditioning. One of the kitchen staff members was rude and refused to help free/clean a table upon request.

The Spa was great, with plenty of facilities available. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. The receptionist were helpful and very polite.

the restaurant gets extremely busy during dinner with very loud kids everywhere playing screaming like in a children playground, which for a restaurant dinner place it is not acceptable. also service should be improved in the restaurant by increasing the number of waiters.

it is a nice hotel with very impressive mountain panorama view.

Recognizing this hotel is not for business travelers, I can't ding them too much for the room. First night, I rented two rooms so wife could sleep while I had late night business calls. So, I can compare two rooms facilities. There was not enough lighting in either room. Especially the king size bed room was dark. Worse, there were NO electrical outlets at the long desk and only one electrical outlet at the built in desk. There was only one chair to be used at both desks. I had two laptops with me and had to unplug the TV to use one and unplug the lamp to use the other outlet. While phones were charging alternatively on the desk. To sum: need two chairs for two desks, need LOTS more electrical outlets in appropriate spots, and need more lighting with those extra outlets. With these issues if a business hotel and not a resort, I would have severely dinged the score. Yet, would stay again for leisure. Close to Bran, Brasov, Sinaia, Raznov, etc.

Staff without exception was helpful. From front desk to breakfast to dinner. With one exception. Dinner one night, the guy said he had a reservation for forty people arriving. So we had to move - there was no sign on the table. Worse, not even 20 people showed up over next two hours and none of them were part of a group more than four or six. Lobby was beautiful and Christmassy.

During the weekend, it can get very crowded and thus access to the spa can be difficult. Slippery surfaces around the spa.

The room was very clean, the view was superb. The facilities were also well maintained and cared for. Cozy temperature throughout the hotel. Many options for breakfast. Easy to reach from the train station (aprox. 10 minutes of walking).
