Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location is really convenient and close to centrum. There is a parking but it was full. I was lucky enough to find a place behind the hotel. Staff was awesome. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfy.

RomaniaFor me it was not pleasant to smell sometimes sigars on my way from the room ( 308 ) to the elevator.Also at the entrance of the hotel ,the personal is smoking and you have to go thru an unpleasant barrier of smoke. I suggest to create a room for smokers,as you see at the aeroport. Second,a technical problem : in the bathroom the sink faucet is short, so it is very difficult to wash your hands. Also the soap dispensers are working hard.
Very good room/we enjoyed great and reach breakfast each day. Everything is well organised and nothing is missing. In the dining room there are a lot of modern devices,that embetter the service. The personal is very kind.Very good position of the hotel.In 5 minutes you are on Unirii boulevard an from here with autobus you can reach in 10 minutes the comercial center. Here I have to mention the care for the visitor with problems. In the bathroom it exist a plastic bathroom chair and a non-slip carpet in the shower room. Very,Very good!!!!!

BulgariaI liked everything. It was very clean, the room was spacious. Very comfortable beds and facilities. The room was quiet, we didn't have any problems with unwanted sounds. The breakfast was good, there was a variety of options and the time slot for it was long (7-11am). The staff was very nice and reception works 24/7 which is amazing. They speak English and the communication was easy. There is a parking for the cars as well that's just next to the hotel so you don't need to carry your luggage for too long. The hotel is in the city centre and of a walking distance to the parliament building (15 mins).

BelgiumThe airco in the room tried for all what he was worth, but it was too hot. (it was around 41-42°C during the day, so it was also extremely exceptional). There were no washing cloths in the bathroom (more then enough towels)
Very friendly personel. The rooms were clean and had a decent size. Also the meal in the restaurant was good and everything was very reasonable priced. There was also enough to choose from in the breakfast buffet.
