It was the greatest resort I ever stayed at (at least till now) The breakfast buffet and restaurants are absolutely great and give a great variaty The staff is amazing and always helpful. The place is wonderful, well maintained and clean My girlfriend absolutely loved all the animals roaming around (especially the cats)

Whilst the breakfast buffet has an immense range of choice, all premium I may add and was exceptional compared to many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at in Romania over the last 15 years, the hot options are not handled well, and our group all had something from the hot section that was actually cold. As a business owner and MBA I would look to fix this operationally, either lower the heat lamps to keep food warmer for longer and on the live cooking stations cook eggs and pancakes to order rather than in batches leaving them to get cold, this may also help with any wastage, it is possible and I have seen it used to good effect in many other top class hotels. The food in the restaurant was too expensive for the dishes received and wasn’t of the standard in relation to the price charged, disappointing, but you do need to be aware that you are a captive market when there as you have nowhere else to go. The large group boat trip up to Sulina is not good value for money, though it is the cheaper option on boat trips, it’s far better to take a small group trip as you get much more value from the excursion.

The property has all the facilities you could wish for, everything was very clean and maintained well. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is exceptional, but for one thing mentioned later but easily fixed. The location is excellent for Delta exploration and the transfer from the mainland was seamles. The private boat trip is good value around 100 Euros per hour, and I recommend going in the earliest one you can to get the best experience of the Delta before it gets busier. All the staff were excellent.

There was no consistent policy on wearing life vests on the boat, we had to ask for kids. The checkout was paintfull, waited over 45 min to pay and ask a few questions. There are small I happen to be my birthday but I haven’t received a small note or attention, most 5 stars fron abroad notice this and don’t miss to make an exceptional experience… The icecream was bad, there should be more options, it was not high quality. Maybe using a pool vacuum at night to clean it better. The water in the play water pool for kids was freezing! Unusable… Foreign staff not always clean (happen to be in toilet with one man that was working in the restaurant and didn’t wash hands!). There are some beach and garden accesories that should be checked and maybe cleaned or replaced, pillows are sometimes dirty, umbrellas have spider webs, some bambus chairs broken… I hope some followup will be considered on some of these! Thanks!

Location was fantastic and it was very clean.😄😀❤️ Restaurant were great, breakfast is just fabulous! Logistics was pretty good with parking, pickup, scheduling. There are multiple pools the infinity one over the Sulina is just fantastic. The spa and the massage was super profi! Did a lot of massages and this one was really good. The gardens are well kep, nice decorations, live animals and playground make it very kids friendly. Overall I noticed an intent to improve and make it an exceptional experience (collecting feedback from an unsatisfied guest, making a new garden path because people were walking the grass) there is still room for improvement but I felt an intent. The rooms were large enough. Good packed bar and good Internet. Ahh and the thematic Brazilian night with amazing food, decors and dancers and live music was super! Really enjoyed it! We had a very nice stay with my familly I enjoyed it!

In the inside pool area they used a very strong disinfectant that was affecting the eyes (basically it was making you cry). In May, weather was not so good for outside pools and in the inside pool you couldn’t stay too much due to disinfectant, and that was pretty annoying.

Hotel was very nice, people were very polite and were doing their best to satisfy all our needs. Resort was very well maintained. They have a nice welcoming for the guests (cold towels and champagne). They were very punctual in all the trips they organized. Boats are comfortable and well equipped . They made an upgrade to our room which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was very very diverse, one of the best breakfast we ever had.

Great experience! Highly recommended. The hotel is excellent, wonderful beds, and the majority of staff is amazing! We received a very warm welcome and a great farewell. I wish I remember all their names as many of the staff were excellent! Few examples which we are very thankful were: Alejandra who made our stay very special, making us feel at home at all times and accomodating our needs. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to details created the perfect atmosphere for our family during our stay . Andrea has provided us acurate and very helpful information prior to our arrival. She made sure our preferences were addresed for our comfort before we checked in. Catalin at the reception was very good and helpful, noted our comments and suggestions kindly and promptly. The Nepalese ladies at the Spa were superb! Excellent knowledge of their craft, anatomy and confident . We hade couple massages, pedicures and all were memorable. It would be great to heat the infinity pool as it is beautiful but a bit cold, all other pools are excellent! One little detail that will be helpful is in the outdoor restaurants to set areas only for smokers. The international show was really nice!

Amazing place! I am so happy to discover this resort and I am ancient to plan my next vacation in here. I highly recommend it for relaxing and great quality time! The food is amazing, I never had just a great breakfast no where! Chef Alex is the best chef, taking food to the next level in quality, selection and variety. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, offering great view of the delta, with care in each detail and very clean. The spa is offering perfect services, I had a great massage session. No 1 in all! Congrats for the entire team and perfect management!

The only downside is the reception. No useful information about water transport, out luggage was almost taken by the wrong boat and delivered to the wrong destination. I strongly recommend to keep in touch with the non-native employees of the resort because they are really well prepared and will get things done.

We were not told until the check out that the transfer to the resort has a cost of 140 lei per person and 70 lei per child. Informations about extra costs from the start would be welcomed.

Lebada Resort created a location where beauty unites with perfect services, friendly people, most delicious meals and a lot of entertainment for the whole family. The biggest breakfast buffet I ever seen all around the world I traveled! Unbelievable huge with everything your heart and soul might desire. The Up The River Spa is a healing place and when I say that I mean it felt like it truly healed me. The rituals felt healing and cleaning all the bad energy that was stored in every cell.

I cannot really think of anything.

The luxury resort is located in the middle of the Danube Delta and it offers 5 star accommodation and service. We were upgraded (without asking) to a bungalow with direct view onto one of the canals. Big ships were sailing right in front of us. All services and facilities are up to the 5 star level. The food in terms of quality and diversity is incredible, the breakfast is probably one of the best I have experienced. We particularly enjoyed dinners where live music was offered. We even extended our stay by one day. There are 3 outdoor pools and one inside, Super clean and nice. Our kids enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back. PS: if you are on a budget this may not be the place for you. But you pay for what you get: 5 star so for us it was worth every penny.
