There is No Aircon in the rooms, there is no food served at anytime of the day and no where near to buy food. They take card payment for the room, but cash only for drinks which meant I have to catch a bus to find a ATM so I could withdraw enough money to buy drinks.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for me.

Very hot in my room with no air conditioning (only a fan that didn't do much). Noisy neighbourhood and couldn't sleep with the window opened (near a boulevard and train lines). The bed was a little unstable.

Friendly staff. Clean. Not far from the center (15-20 minutes walking). Cheap prices (at least the single room I rented).

Great, spacious room with a huge bed, not far from Unirii Square and Iulius Mall. Excellent cleanliness, availability and flexibility of the staff. There is parking and the inner garden is lush and green. Quiet for a good rest with noon check out. Good stay!

Old fashioned worn out rooms, noisy environment (train sound all night) no lift for carrying your luggage to the floor. Not corresponding to the pictures on the offer. Few light. And no curtains for light from outside.

There is specificed they have ironing service, but they do not even have an iron at all. No hair dryer in the room. No breakfast, the dinning room was closed. The pillow case was broken. in the shower sink lot of hair previous clients. Not clean at all, there was dust everywhere.

the walls have holes in them, dirty and stained, the bathroom is dirty, with filth thrown into the toilet, the faucet from the sink I can barely hold it in my hand, the water does not drain, the shower is very dirty, the bed sheets are dirty and stained, the pillow it was just a shape, you couldn't rest your head on it.

Painted fence outside, leopard inside, an old saying goes. the receptionist is very ok.

both the sink and the tub were clogged with other people’s hair and dirt. and when we asked for someone to come and fix it and clean the tub afterwards, i was told that the staff went home and that i should unclog it myself. i was handed the plunger. after i unclogged it, i asked at least for the cleaning lady to come and sanitize the tub because it was a mess. she came and just sprinkled abit of water over ot and took the hair and dirt away. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. the basic needs for decency are not being met here

There was dust on the furniture in the room. The glasses were dirty. The shades were blocked and when we asked for help, the answer was "Sorry. I can't help you with that. The maid knows about these kind of things." And the maid was not there...

The parking and garden was really nice. The room security was modern, although not sure how secure it was.

The stupid electric door. I hate using codes. Most people when arriving in a new country don't have access to internet so it is almost impossible to recieve a code to go into the door. The bathroom was filthy. Blood stains on the shower floor. Squashed dead bugs on all of the walls of the bathroom. Mouldy bottom of the shower. Just filthy

The pictures from Booking are from a few years ago, maybe since it was renovated, now the hotel should only have 1 star. This propriety needs major renovations. In the room we found: misery, walls and decommissioned floor, outdated bath, poor lighting system. For more details please see the pictures.
